I used to love this place and come multiple times a week. but the last few months, I can't really trust a pick up order to be accurate and the one time I went in, I wasn't excited about the quality of the veggies. They tomatoes were definitely slimey/bad and the only lettuce left was brown. This past Friday night I got a takeout order because I was desperate for a quick dinner and while my friends sandwich was perfectly fine, mine was not. They forgot two of the toppings, and the ones they did put on were barely there. like, 10 shreds of lettuce in the entire footlong. I asked for light mayo and got extra. but the worst part was the bread. They super thinly sliced the bottom off so the bottom fell apart in my hand as soon as I picked it up, and the top was hard and stale tasting. I'm not super picky with sandwiches but I couldn't even eat this, it was super disappointing. I can't imagine someone making that sandwich and really thinking it was ok. I watched them check the cold cut combo "packs" and set at least 3 of them aside before completing the meat and cheese behind the metal cover and moving on to the veggies. I made the assumption (incorrectly, apparently) that they had found a good packet for the sandwich. When I got home, it only had balogna for the meat instead of the ham and salami along with the balogna. When we called, they said I would have to drive the 40 minutes back to the store and they would make another for me. I explained the problem and they said it "was on me" that I didn't notice it was missing the other meats while I was choosing the veggies. Where's the customer service? Where's the quality control? I called the store to place an order but had no answer so I pulled up to the drive thru window & was told that if I didn't call they wouldn't take my order. I told the employee that I DID call but no one answered, I held up my phone & said I would call- would you please answer so I could get my order in, I was in a big hurry as I was on my lunch break & she told me no- to download the app because she had customers waiting inside. Well- like I said before, I was in a hurry & didn't have time to download an app.
