Today I went over to Bee House Thai Cuisine because I have heard nothing but great things about this place. When you walk in you are warmly greeted by the Staff. Right away you notice the nice and clean facility. When I order Thai food I always have to try the Pad Thai noodles and the Pad See Ew noodles. I usually order chicken as my protein as well. This time I tried the Drunken Noodles and they were amazing! If you’re looking for a noodle with more veggies in it. I highly recommend the Drunken Noodles! I also go with the Medium spice as well. I’m very keen with spice but if you want something with just a little kick and won’t burn your tongue off then it’ll be perfect for you. I also ordered the spring rolls as well. Those are a must try if you like a refreshing taste! I ordered. Coffee as well but I didn’t get a chance to take a picture of the coffee or the spring rolls because I wanted to dive right in! Haha!
As I sat there admiring the restaurant. Sue had came up to me and we got chatting. I soon found out that there is a piece of “home” everywhere you look. There are traditional figures on the wall that were decorations from their wedding, each painting you see that represents a Bee is handcrafted from a family member, even the little chandelier like figure hanging on the ceiling was hand crafted. It made me appreciate the little details in the restaurant.
If you’re looking for a nice, clean, and welcoming restaurant then check out the Bee House. Authentic Thai Cuisine that’s forsure! Thank you Sue and Bee for being so friendly. I wish this place nothing but prosperity and growth and I know they will be there...
Read moreIf you love Thai food and dining at local restaurants, Bee House is for you. My good friend and I stopped by here for dinner on a Tuesday evening a couple months ago. The space is quaint and cute with 50's diner themed seats at the bar and two top tables in the window. They have several larger low tables if your party has 4 or more persons. . Wanting a window view, we got a hightop table across from the bar. Our server was accomodating and attentive and made sure he understood our requests before placing our order. The place was moderately busy for weekday dinner service so we kept it simple and split the papaya salad and the vegetable spring rolls. The salad was a large portion and had a spicy vinaigrette style dressing that tasted like spicy juice. I usually don't like spicy sauces on salad, but would literally drink this one from a glass. As for the spring rolls, they were super warm and glistening golden. After biting into one, we could see the steam coming out of it. Lastly, we ordered a mango sticky rice to go so I don't have a picture of dessert, but I remember devouring it later. It was lightly sweetned and the mango was soft and drizzled in a light coconut cream. . Between the two of us the bill was around $40 which is cheaper than most places for a party of two. If you've been reading my reviews, a good price/deal will always get a star from me. I would definitely dine here again and recommend if you want good Thai food in...
Read moreI was impressed by the reviews, so we decided to have dinner here. We called ahead to ensure it was alright to arrive as they closed at 8:30 PM, and we were on our way at 7:50 PM. They assured us it was fine, with the last order taken at 8:30, and confirmed they had a table for our party of six. Shortly after, they called back to inform us that the table was taken by a walk-in, which we appreciated for their prompt communication. We decided to go anyway.
The restaurant has a cozy, diner-like setup with an open kitchen. Our server, Tony, was friendly and efficient. We ordered our food, which was prepared quickly. Initially seated at the bar, we enjoyed our appetizers there before moving to a table where the rest of our meal was served. The portions were generous, and the food was delicious. The drunken noodles and basil chicken were especially superb.
It's a small place with few tables, but in my experience, these often serve the tastiest food. We finished around 9 PM, and despite the closing time, we never felt rushed to leave, which was...
