Papa Levi's Snowcones — Restaurant in Groves

I used to go to this place daily as a child. I even worked there a little bit when it was on 39th St. Anyway, as a snowcone lover, I always enjoy a nice cold snowcone on a hot Texas day. Always look forward to when Papa Levi’s opens! I did stop by today at around 1:10 as I saw google listed they were open, but no one was there, despite a sign on the window listing the open hours from noon to 7pm. They opened later and I got my fix though! Another thing to note is they still don’t have ice cream for their snow cones but they’re delicious...

Live it that they premixed the fluids to make a Pink Lady Snowcone. I use to work for the lady that originated that one.
