I don't understand how this Bojangles stays in business. On the night that I went to this Bojangles in Grovetown, GA around 8:00pm I placed my order for a 2 piece breast & wing dinner and was told that I would have to wait up to 15 minutes. That 15 minutes turned into almost 40 minutes as my 2 piece breast & wing dinner was brought out to me around 8:45pm. And, what is puzzling to me is the rice was dry stale and cold. The chicken didn't taste good and well cooked and gave me a stomach ache as I could only eat half of one piece of the two pieces. This isn't the first time that I have went to the only Bojangles in Grovetown, GA. Several times before in the evening's I have went to this fastfood restaurant to order chicken dinner meals and was told on one occasion they were out of chicken completely. The other time is they were out of the particular pieces of chicken that I wanted. Now I usually drive past this restaurant several times a week and have never ever seen any customers cars parked in their parking lot, before COVID-19 started or even up to now when there is a vaccine for COVID-19. My point is out of the many fastfood restaurants in Grovetown, GA most have parking lots populated parked cars while the customers are dining inside, or they have both long lines of cars being served at the drive through window. But this Bojangles is always looks like it's closed in a ghost town. Awfully strange and puzzling, just saying. By the way, Bojangles Management and employees go to any Chic-Fil-A and watch how they operate, you might...
Read moreAvoid at all costs. If you really need Bojangles, drive a few minutes more to another location. Went today and the girl Lay'la was rude, dismissive, and completely useless. I was picking up my online order from the bonangles website and she told me I had to come inside to get it. She didn't bother to ask what the order was or the name on the order. She was just too lazy to do her job. She then tells me they don't have any online orders and that I would have to still come inside. Finally another girl comes behind her and asks what the order was. She then asks me to park in the curbside spots. I asked if they did not have my order why were they asking me to park? Then all of a sudden they had my order. So I parked and 2 minutes later they are walking it out to me. I guess handing it to me thru the drive thru window was too difficult for them to figure out. Maybe instead of menus with pictures bojangles should make employee handbooks with pictures. So if you are looking for low quality chicken with even lower quality service then this is the location for you. If not, drive to another place. Terrible place, ...
Read moreWe have been to this Bojangles location several times before with no problems. But, Sunday morning, my wife had wanted an item we had ordered several times at other Bojangles locations - a Southern Filet biscuit. But, the employee started arguing with me about they don't have any such items and acted like she had never heard of it before. Then, at the drive-thru window, I was told the total was $12.82. I gave the cashier $23, expecting $10.18 in change. Instead, she didn't understand why I gave her the amount I did. Then, she gave me back $9 and change. I didn't realize this until I was on the way home (lesson learned). After, I got home, my wife discovered she had tea grounds all throughout her tea. I called the store and asked to speak with the manager. I spoke with the manager who responded "manager" when I asked for her name. I knew right then this phone call wasn't going to go well. She argued with me over my experience and didn't seem to want to help make things better. So, we will not be back. You guys can visit again at...
