We've ordered from here and never had a problem until now. If I had the option to give 0 stars than I would. My husband ordered delivery on Monday and after an hour of not receiving his order, called the store and asked what was going on. They told him they had tried to call him and the call wouldn't go through but were going to send his order out asap. After another hour of not receiving the order he again called the store to figure out what was going on. They again told him they tried to call him and the call wouldn't go through. Might I add they never mentioned why they were trying to call him in the first place or why the food hadn't already been delivered. At this moment, my husband asked to speak with a manager. The manager mentioned that two of his delivery drivers had tried to call him and the calls didn't go through. My husband verified the number and after the manager confirmed the number was indeed correct he told the manager okay call me back right now on my number and if you can't get through than I'll take the blame for whatever reason but if you do reach me than your drivers never called me. A few minutes later what do you know the manager was able to reach my husband on the number provided. The manager said he'd send the food out right away and after a little more than 3 hours the food was finally delivered however a Pepsi was also ordered and they delivered a diet Pepsi so the driver had to turn around and exchange the drinks and come back with the right one. No apology was given and didn't even refund the cost of the order or offer one when the store was clearly at fault. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Read moreThis used to be my go to pizza delivery. However last night was insane. I ordered bread sticks, wings and pizza. It was prepared and sent out for delivery. I have lived at my current residence for well over 5 years. I have had zero issues with delivery. Maybe the occasional one address over mixing up with the mail. However my address is easily placed in GPS and clearly marked from my mailbox and even on the house. I have been traveling for well over 16 hours for the day and was way too tired to drive. Delivery was my only option. Since I was very tired and very hungry I tracked the delivery driver for well over 40 min. They never even came down my street and spent way over 10 min at this address in my neighborhood. When I noticed them leaving and returning to the store I called the store. This employee could barely get out anything other than uhmm. So the delivery driver was on his way back to my house and said it would be another 12 min. At this point my food had been prepared for well over an hour and sitting in a random car. I'm still hungry mind you. I have eaten day old pizza but I refuse to pay full price for food that is not fresh. I ask for a credit and the manager agreed. The next thing I notice is the delivery driver again turned around and headed back to the store. In the end I ended up with no food still have the full charge. Read moreThere are so many complaints to be made in regards to my experience with this Papa John's today. Our pizza arrived late. I assume that cold pizza can be expected if the restaurant is extremely busy. I'm my case, not only was the pizza cold, we were missing a pizza. I attempted to call the restaurant. After being on hold close to 30 minutes I decided to drive to the restaurant. In total I ended up being on hold for right at 43 minutes. Upon arriving at the restaurant the I could hear the phone ringing but no one was answering them. I was greated by the cashier and I asked to speak to a manager. Brian, came over and I explained the situation. I showed him my phone which showed me still being on hold. And then I asked him who I'm supposed to call when I receive and order that's wrong, he said me. All this while the phones were still ringing. He even went so far as to smirk at me. Then he asked me "what do you want me to do?". There were no solutions offered. All he did was take my receipt and void it out. Then my wife called up to the restaurant when I got home. We want to obtain the name of the manager. She heard excuse after excuse. If you aren't able to handle the volume coming in quit taking orders. It's simple as that.
