Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Grovetown

I ordered from here before for lunch and it was the best I’ve had from Little Caesars. So I decided to get dinner from here one night. Horrible experience all around. I picked my food up at 10:30pm and arrived home. I opened the box’s and noticed one of my pizzas was missing a topping so I tried calling the restaurant multiple times and no one picked up. So I decided to drive back since it’s literally 2 min down the road from me. I got back at 10:40 and the doors were locked and the open sign turned off. They are still open for 20min at that point and all of the staff were sitting on counters talking and hanging out. I knocked on the door and they told me they were closed so I held up the pizza and told them I have an issue. So they let me in and I tell them my issue. They made me a whole new pizza and I was fine with that. I get home again and take the first bite of the pizza that was correct. And the dough was extremely raw. I take a bite of the pizza that they had just remade for me and it was as well, raw. They were closed at that point and knew they were not going to pick up the phone. So I emailed the company about my issue and asked for my money back. Waited 5 days to get a response back since there was Easter Sunday and the weekend. Still no response however and no money back. Very disappointed and will not be going back to any Little Caesars since even the company as a whole cannot fix the issue that...

It seems like every time I go to this little caesars, there's ALWAYS something wrong with my order. I used to work here wayyy back in the day, same location, and we rarely messed up orders; but clearly someone is not either training these teenagers correctly, or they simply do not care. This time, I got a deep dish three meat and some crazy bread, which I usually LOVE, but the crazy bread is COVERED in what I can only assume is burnt bits from the pan. And I mean covered, like it looks like they took coarse black pepper and went to town. Of course, it's not black pepper, it's most likely old, burnt food mixed with pan debris and it tastes gross and looks gross; oh and they didnt put any parmesean cheese on it, but that was less concerning lol.

Normally, I don't write reviews, I like to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, but dude, come on; this is ridiculous. I don't know if the same person is the general manager, but the standards have been severely dropping over the last 10 years, and I'm just done.

Honestly, dont bother buying from here, go to dominos or pizza hut, i literally never have any problems there.

This place is disgusting and unsanitary I would not recommend it matter of fact it needs to be shut down and here's why..... Upon arrival I attempted to order a pizza and the young man at the registry was very uneducated with how to take an order upon request, he said I would have to wait until the manager sent a text on how to complete the transaction therefore I had to wait at the end of the line there was about seven people behind me little to say I was there for an hour. After completing my order I stepped aside to wait on the order to be prepared in the process I witnessed a mid 40 year old white male preparing a pizza with no gloves on which was one of my concerns all for him to grab a handful of cheese from the bowl and stuff it in his mouth and as he was doing so cheese was falling out of his mouth and out of his hand on to the pizza he was preparing!!! After it has touched his mouth. It's very concerning that he didn't have gloves on but to witness this was very disturbing! This place is very unsanitary and needs to be shut down. P.s every spec of this business has clumps of dirt, and nastiness. The counters, coolers, ovens look says they have never been wiped down. Young teenagers working and vaping over food. Also. Eh. Ok...
