In restaurants service is the most important aspect of how and why they can stay in business. Unfortunately this restaurant doesn't provide any service. Not a smile of any kind, not a hello to welcome you nothing! It felt like I was intruding on them! In fact you start worrying why am I in here! Someone did a very good job of painting and decor of old Puerto Rico on the walls very lovely very cute. Unfortunately the food and the service doesn't match the decor. I had their chicken soup which was very flat did not have any unique flavor it almost tasted like yesterday soup. I also had tostones which did they not offer the mayo ketchup, I also had Yuca with no mojo olive oil nothing. As I was looking over the steam table service and asking the names or type of food was in the service pan, it felt like I was asking for their money out of the register! ItI was very uncomfortable. The last thing to mention is I am handicapped as I understand with ADA FEDERAL REGULATIONS ALL RESTAURANTS WHERE YOU SIT DOWN AND EAT MUST PROVIDE HANDICAPPED EQUIPMENT (HANDICAP BARS, AND TOILET SEAT) RESTAURANTS AND THIS RESTAURANT DID NOT. it is really difficult whenever this probably comes up, and PR with smaller restaurants it happens a lot!⁸ I forfeited my number one rule if there's not enough people inside don't go.
