Taco Bell — Restaurant in Guaynabo

Tuve una experiencia muy insatisfactoria en este establecimiento. El pasado 01-ago-2025, alrededor de las 8:50 p. m., me dirigí al servicarro para realizar una orden. Estuve esperando frente al intercomunicador durante un tiempo considerable sin ser atendido. Intenté hablar directamente a través del intercomunicador para verificar si había personal disponible, pero no obtuve respuesta inmediata.

Cuando finalmente contestaron, la respuesta fue de forma abrupta, con un volumen excesivamente alto que causó molestia y que, francamente, interpreté como una falta de cortesía. La actitud de quien me atendió dejó mucho que desear.

Además, al llegar a la ventanilla, me informaron que no tenían disponible el producto que había ordenado, a pesar de que el local aún tenía más de una hora antes del cierre (10:00 p. m.). Esta no es la primera vez que experimento un servicio deficiente en este lugar, especialmente cuando se ordena cerca del horario de cierre.

Entiendo que puede haber limitaciones operacionales, pero si el horario indica que están abiertos hasta las 10:00 p. m., el servicio y disponibilidad de productos debe mantenerse con la misma calidad y compromiso hasta esa hora. Cierres anticipados de facto o actitudes que desalientan al cliente generan una impresión muy negativa.

Hago este comentario con la esperanza de que se tomen medidas correctivas. La buena atención al cliente no debería depender de la hora en que un cliente ordene. recalcar las puertas de entrada del local también...

Service here is awful. Never receive what you order. They send random stuff , half the order, or put extra ingredients in the food that don't belong there. The icing on the cake is their refusal to put any sauce in the bag. They insist its in there when it isnt. Will never order from this...
