I went to this place and the food was great! I got the the lamb shawarma wrap with all the fixings. It was really really good! The bread for the shawarma wrap was like filo (phyllo). When I ate it the wrap it didn’t feel like I was eating a ton of bread. The seasoning and the spice were perfect (just a hint of spicy, not too spicy 🌶️). I normally content with low-medium heat for the spice so I hope that gives a reference for those that struggle with that. I first experienced their food at the Hagerstown, MD, location. So, imagine my surprise when they had another, equally excellent, location close to work. The food is fresh, delcious and fulfilling. Their green jalapeno, white garlic and chipotle sauces combination truly make their persian bowl burst with unique flavor. $11 for a flavorful Haal Chicken Bowl is a steal (as of the date of this review). The food was good. However, the place is filthy! The cook didn't wear gloves and the kid helping with the ordering process and plating was wearing one glove. They dropped food on a serving table and put it back on our plate with the non-gloved hand. It took 30 minutes to get our second plate because they forgot to start it.
