I wandered into Puff City yesterday just to check out the selection and now, despite the fact that there are several other cigar shops in closer proximity to where I live, I will happily travel the extra distance to purchase my cigars. The selection is excellent, price range is as good if not better for premium cigars, and the owner was friendly and knowledgeable. The shop had a great selection and the staff was friendly. However, I purchased one of the more expensive larger disposables because they last longer, but after only about 20 averaged sized puffs it died. There’s no way I could’ve drained it in this time meaning it was either fake or extremely defective. I was very disappointed and I don’t think I will be going back. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt because they may not have known it was broken/fake but it was definitely a waste of money on my part...

Super amazing. Everyone working at thr Guilford location is very helpful and kind when explaining something or if you have any questions or comments. The selection of products is insane compared to other stores and providers in the area and the quality of the shop AND products is top notch.
