Okay, let me start by saying, I’ve never was a huge Starbucks fan, but when in Rome… I was wanting some coffee and it seemed that the closed place to where I was as staying was the one located in Target! That should have been my first Red Flag as to why I should not have gone to that location!!! Two people working and I had an older lady in front of me trying to order. The lady seem to be getting mixed up as to what she was trying to order and it appeared to be confusing since both people working were trying to get it all figured out. I believe this created an even greater challenge. I waited patiently for approximately 10 minutes just to see them dance in circle regarding her order. My suggestion should have been to let one person help her and the other take my order of two hot coffees. Long story short, I was in there around 20 minutes with only one person in front of me. NO OTHER CUSTOMERS. I find this to be the worst experience I have ever had getting coffee. I bashed Dunkin’s a couple years ago due to something but, common, you have two employees that can’t handle two customers??? Maybe you should consider your hiring process. They know exactly when it will be busy and if you are lucky and there's only 5-10 people in line, and if you're really lucky, two employees will be on duty & capable of making your order in 20-30 minutes. My favorite, though, is how they roll the "add a drink to the drive up" in app and then consistently make drinks unavailable so often you can't use it. Again, management refuses to staff this Starbucks & at the customer's expense. I think the only reason it works is because the people who live in this town just don't know that you can get a drink in 1/4 of the time at any well staffed store & with considerably less attitude. Read moreI've always gone to this Starbucks. I go every day. The customer service is great. The employees there know me by name and know what coffee I want without me telling them. The coffee has always been great there. The employees have always made it just the way I like it. Yet, for some reason this year the owner of this store has changed the pump for the pumpkin spice. Not to mention this drink is only seasonal and it's my favorite. But now it never seems to taste right from this Starbucks. I'm sure it's due to the pump change. I spend too much money there to waste it on a drink I can't even drink anymore due to the changes that have been made.
