I just recently moved into the area and so far I had an horrible and unprofessional experience with this store. My first experience was the store called me and stated that they were not able to deliver to my area after dark. So I get in my car to pick up the pizza and they another employee called and said "Do you still want your pizza?" I said yes I was told you guys was unable to deliver. The employee was stated she don't know why I was told that because they can deliver. The second experience I had I ordered pizza at 8:45pm and It was delivered almost two hours later. The the pizza was barely warm. I called the store and told them about it and employee. Lied to me and said my pizza just came out the oven at 10:27pm mean while the dominos tracker stated my pizza came out at 9:08pm. Then the pizza arrived at my house at 10:30. That timeline was impossible. They were very hesitant to give me a store credit. I was willing to bring the pizza back. They ended up giving me a store credit. So here I am 2 weeks later trying to use my store credit and no one is answering the phone. Hour later no one still doesn't answer the phone. My family eats Dominos once a week and I don't see us eating it once a week anymore.
*update unfortunately I am stuck with this dominos because it's in my area. We ordered again. And they messed up my order and no one answers the phone for they can correct the order. At this point it's my fault because I continue to eat there knowing their...
   Read moreI live on 29th right off of pass rd literally at the light of pass! today i was told by our delievery driver, young lady said that they wouldn't be able to deliever to us anymore because it was out of their area. Granted my family and I order from these guys anywhere from one to two times a week religiously , for real " religiously! " from the 25th location it is exactly 4 min (1.6 mi) via pass rd She gave us a number for 104 Pass Rd location to order from this store from now on which is exactly 3 min (1.3 mi) via Pass Rd! Either way one mile away and 4 min away. But then you call the other location and they wand up saying they don't deliver in our area call 25th! What gives apparently their area manager needs to have a sit down with their RGM's and get their facts straight! Someone like myself that has been very supportive in driving sales for their brand doesn't seem to want our business. My wife and I made our decision to just leave Domino's alone from now on.    Read moreI ordered a medium 'meat lovers' pizza, 1 sprite and 1 chocolate lava cake. I waited an hour and half and no food arrived!? When I called the store the first time I was told that delivery times were delayed due to severe weather (it was not raining or storming during the 2 hour wait). I waited a few moments and called the store for a second time (we are now at 2 hours since my order was placed) and asked to speak to a manager that's when Chris got on the phone. Manager Chris was extremely rude when he accused me of giving a ''bad'' address and phone number on the official Dominos app. The phone number was verified with a code. I don't know what the issue was but no paying customer should ever have to deal with a rude and crude manager when all they want is their food delivered on time. Dominos charged my account $21.90 for a pizza that never arrived. I want my refund and I will NOT do business with this store until the management is changed/retrained. I will contact the corporate office to resolve this issue. Stay away and save your money people!...
