Called in an order today. Whomever took my order was quite rude. I told the man that was all, he repeated my order. I said yes that is correct, he said 20 minutes, I said thank you sir. He hung up!!!!! When did people lose simple common courtesy? Customer service is easy. Okay so chalked it up to they may be busy. I always give the benefit of the doubt. So we get there my husband pays comes out and I said where is your marinara sauce? So he goes back in and the manager and another employee totally ignore him. He finally came back out to the car 10 minutes later. Not only did they ignore him but when the manager finally acknowledged him and my husband told him he didn't give us our sauce, the manager snapped his fingers at the employee like they were a dog. Handed him the mairina sauce and said oh. No sorry about that nothing. The pizza were awful, under cooked and there was a topping missing on my husband's pizza. To start off the kid taking our order had ear buds in his ears. We order 2 3meats & a pepperoni. Same as we always do. We got charged for cheesy bread which we didn't order but screw it we'll eat it. No problem. Get home (45 minute drive). Open pizza. We have 2 pepperoni & a sausage. Call the manager to let him know if his employees are going to be taking orders with ear buds in their ears expect more customers to be pissed off than just me. The individual running the register was beyond totally incompetent. Places an order on line for pick up, arrived, she could not locate it. After 5 minutes of searching the store, then finally getting the bright idea to ask someone about it, she was told it was brought up to her "a while ago". Low and behold it's sitting on the counter by register directly next to her. Not in a warmer mind you, literally sitting on the counter and guess what, it was ice cold. What is the point of having a warmer if it is not going to be used?
Also she was unable able to work the scanner and just guessed i had already paid, after telling her multiple times that I had. I literally had to take the food from her. This is by far the worst LC experience and I will never...
