Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Gulfport

My brother in law went through the drive through and ordered a 12 pc meal with coleslaw,red beans & rice, 12 pc nugget meal with red beans & rice. When he arrived home and opened the bag he realized that he had only received the 12 pc chicken & biscuits. I went back to Popeyes and explained to the worker what had happened. She took my receipt. I then ordered myself a drink $2.99. The manager came out from the back of the restaurant with a bad attitude. While I was getting my drink she yelled "who doesn't check their order before driving away!" I walked to the counter with my drink in my hand and said obviously he didn't. I'm sure not everyone checks their orders. She was yelling and implied that I was trying to get free food. She was unprofessional and out of control. I checked the bag then asked if I could please have the 2 BBQ sauces that we did not get. The manager then yelled at the cashier to charge me .30 cents per BBQ. I asked her (the manager) for my recipe. The manager yelled at me that it was in the bag. I showed the manager that the original receipt had 2 BBQ sauces on it that we did not receive. The manager than threw 1 BBQ sauce at me and said thats all I'm getting since she had given me free food. I said ma'am we paid for this food that we did not receive. Then I told her that she was very unprofessional as a manager. I walked out of Popeyes to leave. The manager ran out of the restaurant after me and told me to give her back my drink that I paid for and had a receipt for. I turned and looked at her and got into my car. The manager was walking up to my car then turned around and went into Popeyes. I give Popeyes...

The first few times I visited this location it was ok. The last couple of times were not as good. I've had to come back twice because the chicken on my chicken sandwich was old, cold, and super greasy from sitting so long. Then I had to go back and get a replacement order of wings (twice on two separate occasions) because the first order was old and super cold as well, but then when I get home, I soon find out that the replacement wings were not fresh either. 🤦🏾‍♀️😐 Please do better. I don't mind waiting for fresh food, just don't rush to give me trash because you want to keep your drive-thru time down or think that everyone is in a hurry. I will GLADLY pull over into one of the many parking spaces provided just to make sure you guys take the appropriate time to get it right the FIRST TIME 😊...

The last 3 times I have gone through the drive thru they haven't gotten my order right. This last time time was it. I was told to pull up and they would bring my order out; after 17 minutes I went in no one was working my order. They brought an order up and it was 2 bags of food. I said that can't be my order I only ordered 2 meals. Gave them my ticket and they started working on it .. Got to car still not right. Went back in supposedly they corrected; well got home and my order was still not right. I should have checked before I left but I thought surely after second time they got it right..big NO on that. I don't think I will be trading with this Popeyes again. No form of customer service!! No one ever said.. Oh I am so sorry let me...
