This is the worst KFC I've visited. First, the young lady at the counter seems to not understand how to take your food order and greet customers as they come in because she just stood there and stared at me until I told her I had placed an online order and here to pick it up. My order was to be ready in 15 minutes, so I was there in 20 cause things can happen. She says "it not ready yet." ok, so I sit down and talk to another customer that said he been there 30 minutes waiting. I'm not going to be here they long cause I had an online that should be ready at any minute. One guy preparing the take out boxes asked her what he have she looked at him and showed him the bag my food was to be in and laughed. The two pops were waiting on the counter. So the guy comes back and says, "we outta chicken!" I said ok, but I placed my order, and it was said to be ready. So, he says we outta sure meat, I said ok but what does have to do with me? He said ain't non ready, and it'll be 14 minutes for the batch. I said ok, I'll go to Walmart, come back to get my order. I get back and the drive-thru is swamped with cars and people coming in complaining theme l they've been in the drive-thru for 30 minutes! So here is I'm waiting again only because my us already in kfc cash register online. So now the coworkers arguing about who gets food first in front of hungry and frustrated customers. So i asked where my food from 35 minutes ago. The young lady from the counter looking like she's lost in space just walked and started laughing... now this could have easily been on the tv show customer wars! So, I asked the guy who was running back and forth outside to calm customers down was the only person that had a sense of urgency here. So, 45 minutes I finally received my prepaid food and new drinks because she looked at those old drinks like she was going to give them to me but he seen my face and quickly changed them . Excellent customer service is something to strive for anywhere you work when you deal with the public right? Common sense would have you think that but no! Not at this location!!!
Today we ordered a $20 bucket. Pretty simple right? 8 pieces of chicken, no changes, just as is. After ordering, ticket said 6:11pm, my fiancee had waited 6 minutes. Only THEN is he told it'll be a 16-17 min wait on extra crispy chicken. Hold up! You mean to tell me 1- you didn't have enough chicken at time of order and 2- you have us place the order and under the impression our food will be hot and ready? Is this a joke? Are we being punk'd? Is that even still a thing!? Oh but wait, this gets even worse! IT TOOK ONE HOUR TO GET THE FOOD!!!!! manager comes out of his hiding hole and offers petty severance in a small drink cup. Like dude, are you even trying? Then he's like "well I can give you cookies, can't give you extra chicken" yeah, no. You can kindly shove it, sorry not sorry. It's not even about the free food or anything, it's the principle to make the customer happy and boy did that fail at even that!
Called 1800-call-kfc and they were just as worthless. "yeah well forward this to the district manager". I'm not holding my breath.

Read moreThe Person at the window was very rude and disrespectful. I do not appreciate her attitude or her smart mouth. She told me Her name was Denise however she was not wearing a name tag to verify that. Another vehicle was in front of me barely pulled up enough to allow me to pull to the window. Also this vehicle was more in the middle of the drive and not to the left. Therefore it was a very small space for any other vehicle to go around that truck. I was instructed to drive around the truck by this girl at the window and I at first refused because I didn’t want to damage my vehicle or their vehicle. The girl at the window told me someone that knew how to drive could go around that truck. I was driving before she was born and I think I know how to go around a truck. What she should have done was ask the truck to pull up a little more and to the left a little and it would have allowed plenty room for other vehicles to go by. The girl at the window was so rude I finally did squeeze by that truck. She would not have cared if I damage my vehicle or someone else’s. This person needs to be taken off that drive through window and trained in customer service. She should never argue with a customer and be so rude. She also kept calling me mama. I’m not her mama that’s for sure because no child of mine would have disrespected an older person and laugh at them the way she did.
