Man vs Fries — Restaurant in Gulfport

Great first experience, but second experience atrocious. Ordered from uber eats twice. The first time experienced great service, timely delivery, and the food was fresh. I ordered the flamin’ cali crunch and cali crunch, both were great. We were even pleasantly surprised by a promo coupon from the company so decided to order again a week later. We ordered again via uber eats on a Sunday night, 3 items, and even paid extra for “priority” delivery time. It took the store well over an hour to even start preparing our food. It was an order of fries, a crunch wrap, and the fried oreos. I truly don’t understand what took so long for this type of “fast” food. When we called the store to inquire of the delay, they refused to speak with us, no apologies or reason for the delay and instead instructed us to go through uber eats who were also incredibly unhelpful and quite frankly didn’t care. I had this delivered heard so many good things about this place. My food came fast when I opened it the food was still warm um but there's literally 7 tiny pieces of carne asada when I had to pay an extra $3 for it! My curly fries are hard as everything i got 2 types of hot fries on the top all stale! So Disappointing !!! Won't be a place I'm recommending. Being that this isn't a restaurant the food should be cooked when ordered right?! This was anything but fresh tasteful or worth the price. Just an idea I paid $27+ not including the tip for what could just be stale chips and a half a pound of fries....

Never been here in person. Ordered from Uber eats, it took 2 hours to get delivered, my siblings got their orders and I got nothing, half of the things that were ordered weren’t in the bag, food was cold and soggy, place is overpriced. Makes me wonder how much the kitchen staff hates their job that they put little to no effort to get the orders right. I really wanted to like this place and I normally don’t leave bad reviews but I’ll never buy from here again, should’ve read the reviews before trying out...
