Got to the restaurant at 11:07, when we walked in it was full of smoke. I assume they burned some fries or something. Ended up waiting almost 15 minutes to order even though there was only 3 people in front of us. While we were waiting to order, one of the employees informed everyone that the CO2 was out, therefore there will be no sodas for anyone, stating they didn’t have any more to fix the issue. After finally ordering (a classic roast beef combo and a smokehouse brisket combo) and getting our drinks (which our options were lemonade, tea, power ade or fruit punch), we sat down and waited. And waited. And waited. Oh, we also waited. We didn’t receive our order until 11:55, which we had to change to a to-go order because we had to be somewhere at noon. And it was the same for every single customer there. It took forever for anyone to get their food. Oh, and our sandwiches were cold by the time we got them. There were two roast beef sandwiches on the order but upon arrival we were told they were out of roast beef. I've worked in the food industry before so I understand this happens but when we decided to wait on the order (because evidently they just had to prepare the roast beef) we were talked about unkindly behind the counter and laughed at because we decided to wait instead of getting a refund. I've been here before and had a better experience but after this I will never come back. I was told I would have to go through the app for a refund but because they said the order was ready it only led me to a phone number to the Arby's we were already at, otherwise I would have done that to make it easier for everyone.
