Inconsistent pizza. I always order the same thing and I always order with extra sauce. Sometimes the cheese is brown, sometimes its white. Sometimes there is barely any sauce on it even though I ask for extra. One time there was NO sauce. I waited 45 minutes (15 minutes sitting at the drive through window) for 1 pizza on a Wednesday night.
The workers are slow. I could see one of the guys at the front window who had his hand down the BACK of his pants. I truly hope he is not making my pizza. If you work around food, you better be washing your hands often and not touching your body. They have no people skills either.
I order here because Its just the most convenient location for where I am. I work from home so I don't like to go further from my house to get lunch. I gave this place one last chance today. I ordered some breadsticks and a medium pan pizza because I had enough points to redeem a free pizza. I get home and the breadsticks are doughy. I didn't think anything of it. I took a bite of the pizza and It was raw dough.

Read moreCan’t believe such inconvenience. We called last week for a pizza and after almost 2 hours we had no one showed up on our porch. We had called numerous times for our pizza and a week later STILL never had a call back. Just today we ordered a new pizza and had the same issue. We ordered at 5:26 exactly and received the food at 7:15! From where we are located it is relatively close to where this dominos is and takes no more than 12 minutes to get here. The wait-time was not the only conflict; our pizza was not hot at all. 2-3 hours for that kind of pizza is not worth it. During this order we did call and the employees did answer, but we do not understand why it would take that long even with the shortage of employees. I could’ve walked to Dominos in the rain and still would’ve gotten there BEFORE 7:15. Since it took so long to get our pizza; we ordered from Marco’s Pizza. It is in fact on the way right at this moment. Please do not waste your time with...
Read moreNestled close to US 431 as it winds through beautiful Guntersville, Alabama, Domino's makes great pizza, as measured on the drive-through-pizza scale. We drive through because the place is kinda rural and they don't deliver all the way to the house. We can meet them in the middle at the Favorite Market but that always seemed like a hassle. Sitting there, waiting on them to drive five miles to meet you. Sometime you could be there before they arrived at the agreed upon convenience store parking lot. It's easier to just drive the whole 10 miles across the big bridge over the river. Five stars for drive through pizza and the nice people who make it. Pro Tip: most evenings if roll (!) your windows down you get a pretty strong aroma of cooking chicken feed over at the plant. You don't smell that every day let me tell you. Unless you live right there, then you do. Or work...
