The food and food value is a 5.
It loses a point (I'd rather it be half a point but you can't) for these reasons....it's about a ten foot wide parking lot. You'll be lucky to get a spot and it's really not in a very good area. The interior is really disheveled and not the cleanest. They don't deliver and they close early.
Those are all forgivable. If it's lunch time and there's parking within 100 feet, it's 100% worth the visit because it's really good.
I had a giant platter of pernil and spanish rice, a small side salad, a chicken stew and it was like 15 or less dollars. It was my lunch, the leftovers were my dinner, and the leftover leftovers were a late night snack. I'm talking Thanksgiving portions....

They do have a rotating menu that changes each day of the week with a few every day staples in the mix. There is a small area to sit down and eat if you can't wait to get home!
