I walked in and asked one of the sales people that I was looking for 1/2 carat diamond studs. I tell him the clarity and color range I am looking for. I also tell him my budget. He goes to the back to ask his manager, and his manager starts laughing loudly. I can see and hear him through the glass office door. Even if they could not meet me at my budget, he did not have to stoop that low. Then the sales associate comes out and tells me they do not have anything in my price range. I told him I heard his boss laugh at me. I said that was not professional. All he could say was "I agree".
