A much welcome addition to the 99 Ranch food court. I tried the Taiwanese braised pork rice, Guilin rice noodle (spicy), and Chinese hamburger. The braised pork rice was very flavorful. The Guilin rice noodle was pretty spicy (you can also order not spicy) and fragrant, but overall just okay—the noodle texture wasn’t anything special and I wish there were more toppings/sides. I lived in China and have tried many, many restaurants in the area over the years. It is HARD to find well priced, authentic noodles and dumplings in the area. Salt Kung Foo delivers on every aspect. Their spicy rice noodle dishes are excellent and their dumplings are hand made.
