As I work nearby in the area, though I could have stopped at one of many other bagel places en route, I chose to come here based off the higher/better reviews amongst the others. However, as I don’t treat myself/splurge often - the times I DO, I want my money to be well spent. I had high hopes. For a bagel with lox spread?: $3.40 + tax (ok, reasonable). But again, point being is that if I’m paying almost $4.00 for a bagel, PLEASE DON’T SKIMP ON THE CREAM CHEESE!!! No one likes a skimpy-topped bagel! 😩😖🤧; I can assure that a majority of northern NJerseyans prefer bang-for-their-buck and to get what they’re paying for. Needless to say, just here to let you all be aware that (though their customer service is fair) this is one of THOSE places that have proved to be grossly frugal rather than generous with the food served for the money you pay. #smh 😴

I ordered this ham and cheese cold sandwich from the bagel shoppe. The bread was hard and not fresh. I understand on the weekends they are busy. But if the bread is hard and not serve-able, please provide another option. If i wanted a panini sandwich i would’ve requested that. I’m all for small business but don’t get sloppy.

Best fresh bagels around. Always nice and toasted just right with a great flavor. Their Taylor ham, 2 eggs and cheese sandwich on a hard roll with coffee is delicious and my favorite. Easy in and out parking. Their service is fast and friendly.

I visit this bagel shop frequently because I appreciate the food and generally enjoy excellent customer service, thanks to several dedicated staff members. However, today’s experience was disappointing. I placed a DoorDash order, which, as many know, has a limited menu. After encountering issues with a previous order, I called the store to confirm my new order and clarify modifications. Unfortunately, the staff member, Youson (not sure how to spell his name), was unprofessional and combative. Instead of listening to my request, he chose to argue and insisted I had placed my order incorrectly. I made it clear that I was not interested in arguing—I’m a regular customer just looking for breakfast. Despite this, he persisted in stating that I didn’t do it right and even mentioned that someone before me had ordered something similar.

Ultimately, I decided to cancel my order. I refuse to support an establishment that does not value every customer who walks through its doors or places an order. His behavior was unacceptable and doesn’t reflect the usually positive experience I have at this shop. It's disappointing that one individual can damage an otherwise...

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARTS I WOULD. NEVER GOING BACK HERE AGAIN!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!! I asked for 3 breakfast sandwiches and one (mine) without cheese and I emphasized no cheese (since I am HIGHLY allergic to dairy) some punk who works there took my order.. when I got home surprise surprise there was cheese on my sandwich of course so I go back there and I have never encountered such disrespect by a everyone in that bagel store in my life. The punk who took my order didn’t believe me and said “where’s the bag?” ( the bag with the 3 breakfast sandwiches) I said at home he then says “I didn’t put cheese on the everything bagel” (wrong again) I said yeah that is not what I said I said no cheese on my egg bacon and hashbrown (NO CHEESE) sandwich and asked for bacon egg and cheese on the everything bagel. They then proceed to throw the sandwich they remade for me on the counter and say “here” …. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. NASTY PEOPLE WHO CANT EVEN OWN UP TO THEIR OWN MISTAKE NOR SAY SORRY ABOUT IT. I WILL BE TELLING MY FAMILY&FRIENDS AND EVERYBODY I KNOW IN TOWN TO NEVERRR GO BACK HERE EVERRR AGAIN!!!!!!! WORST...
