Dunkin' — Restaurant in Haddon Heights

I usually stop here 4-5 times a week. It’s convenient on my way to work. Coffee is usually always great, ( 5:30 AM) although temperature has varied from hot to barely warm on occasion. My complaint is that they can’t get my food order correct. A plain toasted bagel with two eggs. Same order every time I stop. This morning I got a non toasted egg McMuffin with 1 egg. I wanted to turn around and go back, but once I was on 295, there was no way of exiting, without driving 20 minutes. So I ate it, because it is going to be 4:00 PM until I eat again. They are always nice the next morning, when I tell them about it. They give me my coffee free or offer me donuts (which I don’t eat). Never offered a refund. Sandwiches are almost $5.00. I tried calling, but no one picked up the phone. ADVICE: From now on I am asking for my receipt. And confirming my order before I pull away...

1- Best dunkin donuts near me that I get my coffee 3 times a day every day. Great customer service. 2- My first review was 8 months old. It is very important for any business to be successful to train new peoples the right way to fill up for great people that have worked there before because those worker were back bone of the business and made so much money for the owner of the store. New Manager have no proper training on customer service. 3- This store has all new staff please double check your order before you take off from the store incase if you do take off wirhout checking your order and if it is not the right order no need to go back because store manager will tell you that...

The usual stuff. Donuts and coffee. They close early despite the 11pm time given on the website. THEY CLOSE BETWEEN 7 and 8pm Odd for a DD. I live 2 blocks away and drive by regularly so I know this is absolutely true.You need a DD card to order from the online app. Not overly friendly but they barely speak english and I'm not there for conversation.
