I ordered a breakfast sandwich from here the bread was dry and old the eggs were cooked on a dirty skillet the meat wasn't appetizing I'm afraid to order here again I don't want to end up disappointed and waste my money.

The reply below is inappropriate and unprofessional. I ended up just throwing the food away. I didn't want to have to go through the inconvenience of asking for my money back. that's why there's always an option to leave a review so that other customers can get an idea of what experience they're going to have when they come here. Unfortunately, my first visit to your establishment was not enjoyable. The bread was old it was old potato bread that came out of a plastic bag. It wasn't a fresh roll it wasn't toasted it didn't have any spread on it. If you don't have a skillet then whatever it is that you cook your eggs on is dirty there were specs of charred food all over the fried egg which was very unappetizing and the meat was pretty much in the same condition. I'm sorry if you're offended but you have to make sure that you're consistent with the way that you make your food I was very disappointed with the sandwich that I got it was the first time that I ever ordered from your location and I was disappointed. If you don't get customers feedback how are you supposed to know what mistakes you need to fix within your business? The breakfast sandwich was not appetizing it was dry the bread was old and the Egg was not cooked on a clean surface regardless of whatever in the world it is that you use to cook your eggs with you obviously cook other food on the same surface and the eggs are getting cross-contaminated with the burnt charred food that you're not cleaning off of the surface that you are using to cook the food on. I'm sure that there's other customers that are happy but unfortunately my experience was not good and I'm afraid to order here again because if I get another order that's not good then I wasted more of my money. You should take your customers feedback as constructive criticism and positive reinforcement instead of allowing yourself to immaturely become offended you basically just showed everybody how immature you are with the reply that you left which further tells me that I should not be ordering food from your location because your employees are probably being treated badly too. My God please wake up.

You say you get fresh bread delivered daily but it's not fresh bread delivered daily this was stale potato bread roll that was premade in a bag probably about a week before it got to me because you can taste the stale bread when I bit into it and I put it inside of my mouth the bread was old and stale it doesn't make any sense that you say you get fresh bread delivered daily if that's true then I wouldn't have gotten old stale bread I know you don't want a negative reflection on your business but lying to people making it seem as though I'm not being truthful or honest or up front the bread was old it was disgusting and you're obviously not clean because the food that you put inside of the bread had other pieces of charred food from other food that you were cooking that you didn't clean the surface off it doesn't matter whether or not it's on a skillet you're not cleaning off the surface you are not consistent.

The bread was old and stale the egg was covered and burnt charred pieces of previously cooked food that did not get cleaned off of the surface that you use to cook with, it doesn't matter whether or not it was a skillet you're cooking on. whatever piece of equipment it is that you're using is not being cleaned that's how the charred burnt pieces of food ended up inside of my sandwich.

Be consistent then you won't have to worry about negative reviews or people asking for their money back the bread was old and stale the sandwich was not good or appetizing I threw the whole thing away after taking one bite. If my sandwich was cross-contaminated I can just imagine what else is going on in...

Wonderful find meandering through town post weekly errands. First observation was the incredible smell of "papas rostizadas" coming from the kitchen, according to the quiet amiable gent prepping. An inquiry of "what's good" directed to the sous chef brought the most delicious (black cod) fish tacos I've ever had. Sided by a delicious salad of Jerseys, cucumbers, with cilantro and an amazing (and I hate nearly everyone's) balsamic vinaigrette. A little sea salt went a long way to make this salad as memorable as Mother made from the tomatoes from our garden way back when. For dessert (which I customarily ate first with a cup 'a Joe while waiting for my tacos), the Tandy Take inspired slice of sponge with peanut butter, topped with a better than granache chocolate frosting. Yes, and it was as good as it sounds. Next time I'll be sure to try the Key Lime. I don't know the owner/chef of this formidable find in Haddon Heights, as his answer to my "this your joint?" question garnered only a "yep" as he went about finishing opening preparations, with Mom in attendance assisting, for the nightly consumption of locally sourced goodies, set to light (weekly) folk music, enjoyed by a decent number of folks seated outside at clean tables ( like my own inside) , for an early evening of fun, food, and merriment. I'll be seeing you again...🎼🎶..in this awesome, now familiar...

I have lived in Haddon Heights for almost 5 years now, and this was one of the first places I ate. During the pandemic, I would treat myself to a breakfast burrito once a week. Now, any time I have guests come to visit, I will bring them here for breakfast, lunch, or to grab food on the way over to Tanner's Brewery. In reading some of the reviews below, I am confused about how we are experiencing the same restaurant so differently. I have never had bad service, the owner is there regularly and routinely asks for feedback. In the mornings when I walk my dog, I see the bread get delivered fresh every day. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good vibe, good food, and good service. I HIGHLY recommend the breakfast burrito to your liking, but if you go on a weekend morning, find out if they have any special proteins for the burrito. One day they were featuring a bacon and crab cake breakfast burrito, and I regularly ask when I order if it is available.

Their specials change regularly, but they are always great. I had a pepperoni pizza cheesesteak from here a few weeks back and it was the best cheesesteak I have had in years.

If you haven't been yet, GO!

Taco Tuesday is worth your time. Going to the farmers market on Sunday and placing an order to go so you can pick it up on your way out is...

My wife and I shared a Fiesta Pan which we ordered as a spread of 6 pork tacos, seasoned rice and beans, and reverse nachos with fresh brewed iced tea to wrap up the experience. The two side dishes were fresh, dressed and full of flavor and would be a fantastic meal on their own. The tacos though really stole the show. From the tortilla that was just thick enough to hold the juicy and tender meat on the inside to the fresh fillings and cheese which complimented the flavor. We enjoyed our meal while sitting out on Station Ave. and took a stroll up and down the two blocks after to walk off our food coma and to reflect on our delicious experience.

946th different cheesesteak eaten in the last 4 years. Special Guest eater Paul from Good food New Jersey. Great place, Great meat and great roll. Unfortunately these three greats equal the hurt and disappointment that women who dated in my 20’s felt. Great spot, who knew Haddon heights had a cool downtown area for strolling and pleasant conversation. Great meat, the meat had great flavor, ate well and was complimented nicely by the caramelized onions. Great roll, very nice seeded roll. Unfortunately I think this roll was too big for this cheesesteak. If you ask, Joe isn’t opposed to scooping the roll. Phenomenal blueberry muffins.

We went here for taco Tuesday. Service was friendly and quick. They had a good deal for the tacos which was get six tacos, taco salad, and a side for thirty dollars. I loved that Mac and cheese was a side and boy was it creamy! The pork tacos were good and the meat was flavorful. The beef tacos were okay and reminded me of a popular taco chain. I was disappointed by the guac. It was expensive, although you did get a lot of guac. The guac lacked flavor and most definitely needed lime and salt. For the price, it wasn’t worth it. The rest of the meal was good and I would try this place again.
