I felt and actually looked stunning on my wedding day! Thanks to my Pronovias gown from Simplicity Bridal! I visited Simplicity’s beautiful shop and met Christine and her team almost a year ago. I loved the location and feel of Simplicity right away. I had a feel for what style dress I wanted and provided a loose budget. The sales team was able to make me feel at home and pulled the exact dress I was looking for on my first visit. They never rushed me while I tried on and they never made me search myself. They were very hands on! They took a million photos and videos of me. They openly talked to me about the covid related lead times and gave me my options for ordering. I didn’t hesitate I knew my Pronovias gown was the one I didn’t have to look further. Over the months they were happy to take my email inquiries and keep me informed of the tracking of the dress from Spain. It arrived when they said it would and I even purchased a veil from Simplicity which was also so beautiful. When the dress arrived I was easily able to schedule multiple fittings with the seamstress, Petra, at the shop and she made the fitting/bustle process so easy. I can’t say enough about the experience at Simplicity. Dress shopping can be stressful and larger shops can make it feel overwhelming or leave your questioning. I had an absolutely amazing time trying on dresses here. I had Alissa helping me try on bridal dresses and we LOVED her. Petra, the seamstress, was there popping in and out helping us with all of our questions about adjustments. Alissa found the most beautiful dress that looked amazing on me and they had everything I could have asked for in dress selection. She answered my million questions, let me see the dress in all different lights, and made me feel so comfortable the entire time like she was a close friend helping me try on clothes, not a sales person trying to sell me a dress. We went back and my mother got a beautiful MOB dress there. We will be going back with my bridesmaids, future MIL, and GrandMIL for dresses. The owner, Christine, was very helpful and gave me lots of advice on where to get a bigger variety of plus size dress for some people if they don’t find a dress they like at Simplicity. On top of their awesome customer service, they were very clean and careful about COVID precautions. I was given white disposable gloves while trying on dresses, everyone properly wore their masks, and the store itself was very clean.

First i would like to say that you need to make an appointment for this place. It is a small boutique with a small staff, so if you walk in on a whim they will not be able to dedicate much time to you as they most likely have a bride coming in. It wouldn't be fair if her appointment was delayed because someone walked in unannounced. Chris made finding a dress easy. I walked in with a list of "must haves" for my dress and she pulled a few dresses that had some of these characteristics. Of course my list changed after trying one or two dresses on. She worked with me and gave me her honest option when i needed it. After trying on about 5 dresses i found something that i absolutely loved. I'm smaller than average so i knew getting the dress to fit me properly would be a headache. Petra was ready to take on the task and did a fabulous job. I didn't want to miss work so she scheduled out all my fittings on their late night in advance. I couldn't wait to try on my dress at the next fitting to see the progress. Very happy and would...
