Dunkin' — Restaurant in Haddon Township

Never going to return to this Dunkin again. Went in to order my wife a decaf hazelnut ice latte, the guy barely acknowledged me as I told him what I wanted and after he brought the drink, I asked him "decaf hazelnut" and he just goes "yeah". I take the drink to my wife, and it literally taste like nothing, I go back in to ask for some more hazelnut since we're paying over $4 for a coffee it should taste right... He looks irritated and says there wasn't any regular hazelnut just unsweet hazelnut... So, I ask him why he didn’t say that in the first place and ask him to put caramel in it to balance it out. Instead of using the pump to control how much he's putting in he pours what feels like half a bottle of syrup in and makes the drink undrinkable. Whole time he was on phone with someone arguing and made it uncomfortable for everyone else in the store. I went to this dunkin this evening and it was not busy, in fact i walked in and there was no one there. The manager was on the phone arguing with someone and i understand it was dead so i waited till he was finished. The phone call lasted about 10 mins. After he hung up he came to the register asked what i wanted then said “ok after this phone call”. I was a little shocked, i work in retail and that level of disrespect to your customers blew my mind. I ended up walking out. I have patience but your lack of customer service...

I've accidentally ordered a wrong coffee through Dunkin App and immediately realized it was wrong one. So, I tried calling the phone number listed on website for more than 10 times and literally had no answer. Then, I stopped by to pick up the order and requested to make a new order and I asked him to do a new one and I said I'll pay the difference.
