Dunkin' — Restaurant in Hagerstown

Yesterday 7/25/2025 @ 3:00pm I had an unusual experience. I pulled in the drive through when I was greeted kindly by a woman on the intercom. I promptly asked if they were open since the menu screen was turned off. She let me know it was broken and I could pull around to take my order if I needed assistance placing my order. BAM a creepy male cuts her off on the intercome and they are BOTH telling me why/how/when the screen is broken. "Our superiors are aware. We made a phone call, we call everyday, we haven't heard back from them...." He would have continued rambling on if I didnt cut him off and say I knew what I wanted. I told him I wanted a medium pink spritz refresher, my usual order. He told me several times "wow, youre sooooooo nice for understanding. Isn't she so nice?!" He said to someone else in the back ground! "Wow so Niiiiiiiiice" with more creepy tones in his voice. I have no idea if he was trying to flirt. But the extra commentary for taking an order was UNNECESSARY.

He had no idea what I ordered. I recorded it because after the creepy previous introduction, I wasn't taking chances. He seemed so confused. He had no idea what drink I wanted. It seemed their was a language barrier? Or maybe because the menu was down the whole system inside was down too? So i polietly told him to "have a nice day" and left and went to Dunkin Donuts off the Dual Highways instead. What a mess. Train your associates better or just get rid...

The Dunkin’ at Emerald Square is hands down the best Dunkin’ in the area! We actually drive past two other Dunkins every morning just to come here because the service and atmosphere are unmatched.

Our favorite part of stopping here is Dhaval! He always greets us with a smile, remembers us by name, and makes our mornings so much brighter. It’s rare these days to find someone who truly takes pride in what they do, but Dhaval makes every visit feel personal and welcoming.

Best Dunkin’ I’ve been to! The team there is amazing, friendly, and loving. The food is always warm (and delicious) and their drinks are made exactly how you order them! They always make you feel welcome and give a family-like feel/atmosphere. They even allow my almost 2-year-old to run around inside their restaurant. My daughter would give them a 10/10 if she were old enough. She loves their glazed and blueberry donut whole - was the first sweet I could get her to eat haha. I was in actual shock when she ate the whole thing!
