Iâm very pleased with this meal. First, the soup was really nice. Not salty but just right. I love salmon so the portion that came with my bento box was really nice to see. The salmon was cooked perfect for me. The broccoli and mushrooms still had some crunch to them and I like that. The bento box also has cucumber, carrots and onions, still cooked very nicely with a crunch. I asked for no avocado in my rolls since Iâm not a fan of avo, so thatâs why theyâre missing here. In my bento, fried rice was substituted for white rice which comes with the bento.
Next up was the American Dream Roll. I had to try it as soon as I got to my car. It was so nice and crunchy on the outside. The roll has: smoked salmon, cream cheese, avocado (originally included) and crab. The Roll is fried and had spicy Mayo and eel sauce on top so if you like a little spice, this is a good option. You will also get a little bit of roe on top. Customize to your liking. đ...

And I think she was right. The prices are reasonable and the food is just great. Really great. We have had great sushi in New York, San Francisco, LA, DC, Philly, and good old B-more. This sushi smacked down all the others. You definitely got try this place. We are on our way home and will pass through Hagerstown tomorrow. Who do you think will be eating at this place again??? Yep, you guessed it, this guy! đ

The fact that a Subway can survive right next door to a place like this is an indictment of the culinary acumen of this strange city. How anyone hungry arrives to this parking lot and chooses âtechnically a sandwichâ over actually good food is a mystery that the greatest scientific minds will struggle for decades to unravel. Even if youâre not a fan of sushi, the menu is pretty diverse and thereâs plenty for even non adventurous eaters to enjoy. Seriously, if you can handle bottom tier lunch meat and cheese triangles the chicken skewers will blow your mind next door.
Also, hands down my personal favorite fried rice in the city of Hagerstown. My wife disagrees, so your...
