If I could give 10stars I would in a heartbeat. This store and it’s associates are amazing! I had my Wedding Set ruined by a local jeweler in Chambersburg. I just needed my engagement ring soldered to my diamond enhancer wrap. When I received it back it was awful! The ring didn’t fit, the wrap was misaligned and the center engagement ring was sitting outside the wrap! A nightmare! I was referred by a friend to make an appointment at Carson’s Jewelers and see Kevin their Master Bench Jeweler. I have been in many jewelry stores in my lifetime, but walking into Carson’s is definitely worth the trip. The store is simply amazing. The associates are professional and their quality of jewelry is not comparable unless you go to Tiffany’s in NYC. As for Kevin, he inspected the damages to my ring and pointed out what was done incorrectly. I explained what happened and he reassured me that it would make it right. Today, I received my ring back and I couldn’t stop hugging Kevin! My ring is exactly as it should of been! Please anyone reading this review, go see Kevin if alterations need to be made, and if you are shopping for engagement rings or gifts, make this store your only stop. I have been buying all of my jewelry from Bruce Carsons over the past several years and have to say that my experience with them has been excellent. My first purchase from them was an engagement ring. I had shopped months at several big name jewelry stores in VA and DC Metro and always felt like I was being pressured into buying their diamonds and I never got to deal with the same person more than once. From the first time I walked into Bruce Carsons I never felt pressured into buying anything and the same staff has been working there for several years so I know they are very knowledgeable in the jewelry they sell. Courtney has been the main person I have worked with since my first purchase and she has been excellent. She is always patient with me when making decisions, helpful in answering all of my questions and just a very genuine person. Every time I have asked for pricing she has gotten back to me within a couple days and when I had a problem with my wedding band she took care of it as soon as I told her about it. When my grandfather proposed to my grandmother, he didn't have much, but what he did have was a pretzel ring. He promised my grandmother the world, and eventually, a new ring, complete with all the bells and whistles he could afford. He gave her both: Four kids, a dream home, and a ring that was designed to look like X's and O's, just as he signed every letter that he wrote to her.

My grandfather passed away when I was 13. My grandmother and I kept close, and when I told her I was getting married, she did not hesitate to offer me the ring that my grandfather gave to her all those years ago.
