Brothers Pizza City Park — Restaurant in Hagerstown

Been ordering from here for a long time. First off.. Let me say. Jackie is wonderful. She does her best to please. With that being said.. I placed an order for 2 pies. They arrived 30 mins past their expected arrival time. They were cold. I brought it up with management who agreed to send me out fresh pizzas. Now as I have to wait for my food. I was told that I must send back the old cold pizza LOL! So I'm sitting here with cold pizza in front of me starving and now have to wait.. again.. to eat.. And they want their cold pizza back LOL. What are they gonna sell it? Throw it away? Seems like should probably just let the slighted customer have some cold pizza for their trouble and inconvenience.. I would rate this lower then 2. But, Jackie is the shining spot of an otherwise standard pizza place. Cold pizza.. warm Soda. I could see if I was trying to take advantage of the situation. But they were apprised and aware my order was late... Stands to reason it might be cold. So I shouldn't be treated like I'm trying to scam them especially as a long time customer who has never complained once... What a disappointment I now have to find another pizza spot. BTW. It took them ANOTHER hour to get my remade Pizzas out to me. And they were just warm.. Absolutely...

Was a loyal customer. But the service has gone downhill. If a male answers the phone hang-up and go elsewhere. Everytime this guy answers my order has been wrong, late, or they have left a portion of the delivery at the shop. This last experience... I had to wait an hour and a half for my order.. it arrived 30 minutes passed the ETA and was cold. During that time I called 3 times and he hung up on me twice. It took so long I was able to drive to the shop, speak to the staff, call the manager, and get back to my home before the food was delivered. I have not heard back from the manager.

I do have to say if a polite lady named Jackie answers you should be...

I patronized this establishment on multiple occasions. The food has always been pretty good. Today my mom in town wanted a Steak and cheese so I decided to order from here. Well after waiting 45 mins for our order we open up the subs and they weren't what I normally would receive. Pictures will get posted. I called the establishment to get my food replaced and they refused to replace the food. As a business customers should be satisfied especially when they aren't happy. I'm embarrassed I even spoke so highly about this company. Now we have to get more food because I had surgery...
