I live in a new construction community and ordered pizza around 12:30am. Knowing this before hand, when I placed the order I noted how to find the address in case they have trouble finding my actual address. The driver called and said he had trouble finding the address, I explained how to find it again and he stated that “Oh I’ve found it now. I should be there soon.” At this point it’s about 1:15am and I get an email saying that my order has been delivered. I check my security cameras and no one ever showed up anywhere on my property. I filed a complaint with corporate and received a cases number. I went to the store that afternoon and explained. The first person of contact ask me if I’m here to “pick up or order” I began to explain and within seconds she cuts me off and says “let me get a manager”. Now while I think the manager handled my situation well she took a phone call and was rather blunt if not somewhat rude to the customer over the phone. She then followed up by saying “I don’t have time to play games with these people today”. Normally, my pizza never being delivered and still being charged for it and then having to go to the store to request a refund would have only warranted a 2-3 star review. Read moreI had a great experience dining in with Jessa and Yami that were running the store. Jessa helped me out, although she did not personally take my order she gave me a recommendation on what to get and went over the menu with me, she did not need to do that, but she did. I sat and ate in the store, I watched Yami genuinely care about another customers allergies to make sure she wasn’t going to give her any food that was bad for her, she even went and got some papers to make sure for sure she wasn’t going to get her sick. They’re both have great customer service, but not only that, they were running the store when there were allot of orders coming in from online and a few people in the store, still had time to give good customer service and make sure my needs were met. The way they were cooking pizzas was impressive, they’re not slow in any way, and it seems like they genuinely have a good time working here. Read moreI received my order and realized I didn’t receive my blue cheese dipping sauce, so I waved the driver down and told him I did not get my dipping sauce he said it was in the box with the wings and drove off before I could confirm that I had it. I called the location because they forgot my dipping sauce for my wings waited 20 minutes before they answered. Spoke to the manager and he did not honor the Domino’s insurance guarantee. They sent the driver back and it took 20 minutes. The dipping sauce was still incorrect by then my food was cold. I called and spoke to the manager a second time and he had the nerve to offer to take off the delivery fee and then resend the driver back. Or they could redo the order which means I would have to wait another 30 minutes to the added 30 minutes plus 20 minutes waiting for my incorrect dipping sauce. I just wanted to get a store credit for my next order and the manager refused and said that I would have to give the food back in order to get a store credit. I will never order from that...
