No stars bad service bread was dry ppl work there look over worked like they bout to run out of the building they have no idea what's on menu customer service is 0 bad bad bad all the way around very rush rush food was rushed. dry bread nasty dirty looks workers had attitudes very sad make u wait when u come in no greeting them employees need to b mad cause they r very sad digging in their head scratching face round food hand all on clothes just nasty nasty no u should have did it right the 1st time this just opened and u all playing with ppl health money and time making it right is to easy do it right the 1st time an u don't have to worry bout bad reviews u all need to b closed ur workers don't want to work what's so hard bout being nice respectful too others all that dirty dry service that's sad ur works don't want to work they just want the pay check but customer service and dry old pizza chicken wings had the hair on it man like u all r very unprofessional and you have no way of making me another pizza ever I don't want nothing free I want u to look on camera and see this they digging in hair touching food and worried bout wrapping face when food is ready to go out then didn't wash hands the girl with blue hair see she got tattoos all over her that's the girl then the guys no customer service I'm standing waiting no hello no greeting u all sad no one told u too pick this job if u for want to work go home u no what u signed up for pizza job sad customer service need to be able ur job and give ppl good customer service and b knowledge bout ur job sad not coming...

WORST service ever !! I called like around 530 pm to order they told me will take around 35-45 min . Called again around 6:30 pm they employees told me there was nothing on record that maybe I called another store 🤬 Yeap because there’s plenty of stores in Haines City. That employee told me that he had found the order and it was on her way. 30 min after I’ still waiting… called again ask for the manager she told me will have to take the order again because they were having issues with the system that it would take around 15 min to be done . At this point I ask her if my husband could picked up. Guess what my husband went there 30 later and pizza was NOT even at the oven 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 UNBELIEVABLE! So they are making the pizza while my husband is there… adding to that they offer a credit which they said needs to wait till tomorrow because she didn’t know how to do it. Haines City people please share my feedback tomorrow it could be you! I totally regret not supporting local businesses definitely customer service is something that I would pay whatever...

Order taker Andrew 03/14/23 Really great customer service and enthusiastic , I forgot my wallet and Andrew made my order and I paid afterwards. Really convenient, although what if someone else did not come back the employees would have wasted their time and efforts. The store itself They have one bathroom for customers and I believe two chairs for the customers to sit and wait. Kinda wish there was some dinning tables inside or out. Has a little Caesar’s layout.

I ordered a medium Philly I will say this is the best pizza I have ever tasted the cheese truly melted in my mouth. The pizza got better with every bite. Tasted like real pizza .

The pepperoni magnífico was great , I truly liked the crust. Got better with every bite and tasted real.

Dessert chocolate fudge : was a great desert it was chewy and got stuck in between my teeth . Make sure you get a nice cold cup of milk or whatever type of lactose free milk people try now a days.
