I went to the place yesterday to pick up a DoorDash order and I met a fellow Dasher that was standing there for 30 minutes. He also informed me that no one came to the delivery pick up window to check on him, but he was in plain sight and knocking on the window, but no one acknowledged him. I stood there for 15 minutes and no one asked me anything so I canceled the order and now I’m back the following day. The lobby was open with numerous people inside eating and she told me to step out since the lobby is closed, but the door was open And now I’m outside waiting for the order again and it’s been an additional 20 minutes. This is the worst idea ever to have a pick up window at Wendy’s when their employees are nowhere near Chick-fil-A employees that are attentive at the window. BAD IDEA Wendy’s. I just had to cancel my order because of the long wait and then not acknowledging me! There were only two orders ahead of us dining in. Why did it take over 20 minutes to serve our food? The frosties on our order were dispensed first so for 20+ minutes they sat on the counter melting while the rest of the food was being worked on. If anything, these should have been the last thing to be dispensed. The location was dirty. Tables with trays and napkins on tables. There were flies. Made the mistake in ordering nuggets on a separate order. Here we are 15 minutes in and still waiting for simple nuggets. I just witnessed trash being hauled outside using the front entrance where customers enter and exit. Is there no back or side door for these tasks?
This location has been open for over 60 days, which is more than enough time to figure out the logistics.
Will not be returning. Do not recommend unless it is the last resort and you have patience to wait...
