You can tell it's legitimate when they make their own tortillas. I'm sure they make the sauces too which are very tasty and the red sauce has a serious level of spice. The meat has a lot of flavor too, which is a good meter of any restaurant - I'm a big fan of Al Pastor and it's outstanding.
