I went with three of my kids and their grandpa to this location during the heavy snow last month. As soon as I parked, I realized that it's going to be hard for me to bring all three small kids and one grandpa to the store on the snowy road. So, I called the store to ask if there's other entrance to the store where we could avoid the snowy road and the store General Manager, Ms. Marilyn, was so helpful by offering to help me bring all my kids to the store. She went outside to the parking lot, picked us up from our car, and helped us go to the store safely ... she even asked the staffs to helped watched my kid while she went outside for a second time to pick the rest of us and brought us into the store safely. I really appreciate her kind help and the way she went above and beyond to serve the customers to make sure we had a pleasant visit there. Oh the kids love the playground too! Thank you...

Read more3rd time this week my order was messed up. First order they forgot to put chicken on my chicken sandwich. Second time they clearly gave me a microwaved burger with rotten lettuce and today they forgot an entire sandwich. I understand how businesses can make mistakes, I make them myself from time to time at my job. I do not enjoy having to hold up the line to triple check my order for accuracy multiple times each week. I have been going there for years and unfortunately my entire crew at work and myself will no longer order from this restaurant.
