Krystal — Restaurant in Halls Crossroads

As I do not eat wheat, I do not eat here much anymore, but I thought I would get those delicious chili cheese fries I have loved forever.....Your new fries suck...bigtime...!!! One star for the new fries. I went back to this location to give it another try today....3 months after my first 1 star review. I sat in the drive thru for 8 min before someone told me to hold on, then I continued to wait for another 6 min when I decided to drive off. There were 3 cars in front of me when I pulled up....and there were 3 cars there when I left 15 min after arrival... Not a single car moved while I was there. I guess a skeleton crew makes money no matter how bad the experience is for the customer. Even though this location is closest to my house, I will never give my money to this establishment again...IF I go to the Krystal again, it will be a different location.... I wish we could give less than 1 star... Ok...I went back again...I know, I know...worst experience of all....18min to get 2 Krystal burgers and 3 chili cheese pups. Why do I inflict this pain on myself? What is...

I waited at the front counter for almost 15 minutes before anyone came up to help me. This was despite the person in the back calling for someone to come up front a couple times. There are two people in the back. Mike and another neither came up front. Finally after the person in the back walked over there and said hey you have people up front someone came out to help us. By then there was three or four of us in line.

I ate the chili. It was great. I went back up to get a refill on the coke waited another 10 minutes there is another person behind me. Someone came from the back one of the cooks and filled my Coke I said thank you and they walked away without saying a word and completely ignored the other person who was waiting there to get a refill as well.

Horrible service. I realized they were taking in deliveries in the back but I hardly think that's a reason to neglect customers or an excuse for poor customer service.

By far the worst experience i've had through this location. We sat in the drive thru line for about 30 minutes and we were the second car from the speaker. We finally got to ordering and the lady was pretty apologetic at first about the wait- which I totally understand. She told us they completely forgot about the last two things we ordered so we were pulled foward and proceeded to wait another 45 minutes. I thought they might have forgotten again so we went inside to check- they hadn't even started making the one slider and chili dog we needed. Not to mention it seemed like the woman didn't care at all after we waited so long. We were told just a few minutes! Finally got the food and the sliders were really greasy and overall not worth the hour and a half wait. If you are wanting krystals pick a different location! Its no wonder they are always dead. This location needs to be shut down until they have more than...
