BIZARRE EXPERIENCE!
So recently went to the drive thru and after paying at the window I was directed to pull forward into a parking space because it would be a few more minutes before my food was ready. They said my food would be brought out to me when it was ready. I said okay, pulled up and parked. While parked, I noticed they had three additional cars park.
It was about 20 minutes at this point. I went inside to ask about my order. I walked over to the counter where I could be easily seen. I stood there for a couple minutes and nobody acknowledged me or even made eye contact. I said hello, can I get some help please. I said this loud enough for them to hear me. Still no eye contact or acknowledgement from anyone. It actually took a couple more times and almost having to yell to get anyones attention. It was clear that I was being ignored. I then asked for the manager.
Finally, a guy that was dressed differently than the other employees came to the front and asked what I needed help with. I asked about my order and explained how long I’ve been waiting. His response was, “She’s working on 15 orders right now”. As he points to a female employee in the back. I said okay, I want a refund then. He walked away.
Then a different employee that was on break walked over to me and apologized, and asked if I wanted a refund or he could get my food right now for me. I said my food preferably. He said okay, and brought my order to me in less then a minute.
The employee that was kind, professional and actually helped me deserves a raise or bonus. 5 Stars for him. 0 stars for everyone else, including the manager.

Read moreI went through the drive thru on Saturday May 13 around 6:00 pm. I ordered a 2 piece meal with 2 sides. I get to the window, paid for my food, and only after I paid, I was told that they were out of biscuits, out of gravy for my mashed potatoes, and out of dirty rice. A tall black man who I assumed was the manager was screaming at the top of his lungs at a younger white man who I assumed was an employee who was screaming at the black man at the top of his lungs right back. They were cursing vulgar words and slamming bags of food on the counters. I honestly thought the two employees were going to get in a fist fight because the argument was so volatile. The girl at the DT window who took my money apologized that the 2 employees were arguing. I commented that their behavior was VERY unprofessional. Her reply was that those 2 employees go at each other all the time. Meanwhile I am still waiting for my food, which the girl at the window substituted other food so I wouldnt have to wait. But I was very amazed that this kind of behavior of employees arguing and fighting was going on right at the front counter/DT area where all the customers could see it and witness it. I felt very uncomfortable having to witness this behavior, and in this day and age, I was afraid it would turn into someone shooting the other. I did not feel safe at all, and I dont think that I will go to this particular Bojangles anymore. It was very unprofessional and disconcerning to witness what happened. I rated this Bojangles a one star to post my review, but they dont even deserve the one star. Very disappointed in this...
Read moreMy husband placed an order online for pickup today. We went through the drive thru to pick it up. The lady on headset said we haven't started your order you will have to come in. We parked and waited about 10 minutes then I went inside to see if our food was ready. Let me say I do understand it was Sunday after church and they were kinda busy but it took the cashier another 5 to 7 minutes to even speak to me. When she finally spoke to me I told her I was there for a pickup order. She had to hunt for my order in the screen. She then said oh we haven't started on that yet. I explained that I was in the drive thru they said to come inside and so all together I had been waiting about 15 minutes she got a frustrated look on her face. A young blonde headed girl, who was very nice the entire experience, said we are making fresh tenders so it will be about 5 more minutes. I was happy to wait on fresh tenders. Another lady who was very rude came and said we don't have half gallons of tea today here is two large cups get what you want to drink. I of course wanted sweet tea. I go to get the tea the label read tea was made at 5:51 am. Tea is only good for a maximum of 4 hours in a tea urn. I was hopeful they just forgot to change the label. No the tea was bad!! I saw the front cashier drop something from the tray and pick it back up and put it on the tray. That's disgusting!! We finally got our food from the young blonde girl after 25 minutes of waiting. I have never had such an issue from the...
