I ordered one pizza and one 20 oz Mountain Dew via the app. On my way up there, I received a notification my order is ready. I walked in, grabbed my pizza & asked for parmesan cheese which was given to me promptly. I went to grab my drink and they had zero Mountain Dew's stocked in the 20 oz size. In fact all they had was 5-6 Pepsi's and a few 2 liters. I asked the guy working the counter if this is all they had and he just shrugged his shoulders, basically saying he didn't know. So I asked , is what's in the fridge my only choices? He just stood there again with a puzzled look on his face. Then something clicked and he asked me what did I order. I told him and he went to the back and brought one out and said here you go but it's not cold. Then I asked for a refund. He said "huh"? I told him I didn't want it if it wasn't cold. He wasn't authorized to do that so he had someone come to the front to refund me. I asked when the refund would go through and he said with it being Sunday probably tomorrow or Tuesday. I said nevermind I'll just take it and walked out the door frustrated. No apologies. As soon as the door shut both employees started laughing. Got to my car and turned around, they were still laughing.
I pre-paid for my order and received a text that it was ready. That includes the drink. Whoever prepped my order should have verified that my drink was available upon my arrival. It's COMMON SENSE. But no, they were laughing at me and my frustration like I was the issue. I've been going to this location for years and have never experienced this poor level of customer service that included laughing at me where I can clearly hear and see the employees do so. The drink not being cold was frustrating but not enough to warrant a one star review much less a review at all. If there was an option for zero stars for their customer service, that would have been my...
Read moreTried placing order over the phone, no answer. I assumed they were busy due to it being Sunday football but went in person and it wasn’t. I tried calling while I was sitting there in the lobby and the phone didn’t even ring in the store like it was on silent or the volume all the way down. The Curley hair kid in the back was just on his phone the whole time not even working just leaving the African American tall kid to make all the pizzas. The girl at the register with the accent was rude to all female customers like we bothered her placing our orders but was all smiles and bubbly when it came to male customers. I ordered the four quarter pizzas. When I went back in to pick my pizza up (had a 10 minute wait) to walk back in to pick up just to find out that they gave my pizza to someone else mistakenly. The other employee cutting the pizza even said I was the only one that ordered that pizza so it shouldn’t of gotten mixed up. After they remain the pizza I guess it was a bother because they tossed the pizza and it slid over the counter and right off of it. I barely caught it by having to pin it between my hand and the front side of the counter. (You can see it on camera from two sundays ago) pizza was cooked unevenly as it was still doughy where the “calzon” part should of been and all topping were to one side. Marinara sauce tasted funny so we just through it out. Over all a horrible experience. And that says a lot since my entire family lives in the area and this is the only little Caesars we go to. But since the old manager (African American guy) stopped working here it went down hill fast. So many inconsistencies since he hadn’t worked there have happened and we will certainly never be going back to...
Read moreFirst let me say that I don't usually give reviews, not even negative ones. I have been in the service industry so I try to be empathetic and understand that mistakes happen and people have bad days. With that being said though I had a very bad experience with this particular Little Ceasars location. I ordered 5 pizzas and 4 combos of bread sticks online a full day in advance for a birthday party. After having some late RSVPs my husband called 3 hours in advance to add an extra breadsticks combo and 2 pizzas to our order. The gentleman working the front desk was extremely rude on the phone. When we went to pick our pizzas up the 2 we ordered along with the breadsticks weren't ready. I ordered combos so I asked if we could have the sauces that go with it. This seemed to be an inconvenience to the front desk guy. When I asked for a bag to put my 5 sauces and 5 crazy breads in, it seemed like even more of an inconveinence even though I said I could go ahead and put them in myself. The guy behind me literally gave me a look and said that, "he's always like this". I was fine with this experience and willing to let it go by giving this employee the benefit of the doubt. The thing that put the cherry on top though was the fact that all of my pizzas and breadsticks were burnt. I honestly didn't think to check because that's never happened to me before. I had to serve burnt pizza to all of my party guests and I spent a lot of money. Needless to say I was super disappointed with my experience. I am a huge Little Ceasars fan but this was very...
