My honest review - overall it’s an okay taco spot. I’ve had good, and I’ve had really good birria tacos, these were some of the most unremarkable birria tacos I’ve had in Texas. The tortilla had 0 crust, they just burnt the cheese to a crisp and it didn’t stick to the tortilla, which was also overcooked and crispy.. The birria itself was under-seasoned and even the consome was a let down. If you want good birria tacos, check out Birrieria Cortez in ft worth. Now as for the other items I had, the best one was the churro, which they probably just order and fry themselves, BUT it was really good and reminds me of the fresh churros from Mexico City. The burrito was about a 6.5/10 - for the price it was honestly pretty small, and the filling was pretty bland and the rice was overcooked and crunchy which probably tells me it was a bit stale. The carne asada in the burrito was ok. The second best thing was the taco al pastor with their pink tortilla, idk if they use food coloring or what, it didn’t say on the menu I don’t think. Overall I’ll still to golden taco on golden triangle for authentic street tacos, but I may give this spot another shot and try the torta, but after the let down from those birria tacos I’m not too sure I’ll be back unless I’m craving a churro! I’m just keepin it real! I paid $31 or so total - for the churro ($3), 1 taco ($3), 3 tacos de birria ($14) - not worth it!!! and the burrito ($13) also not worth it imo. If you’re coming here I’d recommend you stick with the tacos or maybe the tortas which looked good on the online pictures.

Food is absolutely amazing!!! Some of the best tacos I’ve ever had in my life. The food actually tasted fresh. The meat, lime, onions, and cilantro were all fresh. The hot sauce / salsa was amazing, it was the perfect level of spiciness mixed with lots of flavor. The pink color is the perfect touch and compliments every aspect of the food, and truck. The Dolce de Leche Churro was the best churro I’ve ever had in my life, hands down. Usually I like some sort of sauce / syrup to counter the dryness of it, but since it already has dolce de leche in the middle it doesn’t need anything else, it’s absolutely perfect. My almost 2 year old daughter ate an entire churro all by herself, and they are heavy & HUGE! My whole family loved everything about Mexi Boujee Tacos, and we will back very soon! -Nick

A first-class flavor experience. From the Birria Tacos to the dessert (churro), each taco was prepared with great skill and passion. The staff was friendly and made us feel welcome in the place. The combination of flavors in each dish was unique and memorable. Without a doubt, it is a place I will recommend to all my friends and family. Excellence in all aspects!”

Surprisingly, it has a five star restaurant taste for a food truck. At a glands. I thought it would’ve been just ordinary tacos, but after I order, I had to take extra orders home because the food was just great. I totally recommend a place to friends families, and anybody that wants to come by. The food is worth the money specially, the chicken quesadilla and the Birria tacos. Taste and value they are...
