There's this one older guy that works there, I forgot his name, but he's not very kind. Sometimes he's nice, most of the time he isn't. I've heard on more than one occasion him trash-talking Quinnipiac students, saying the school is crap, and that "these kids think a cup a' joe will get 'em good grades! ha!". Yeah, great way to treat the majority of your customers.
I'd rather go to the Dunkin' down the road, where I get a student discount for showing my Q-card and there's a drive thru. The people are always friendlier there, and it's 24-hours. If I ever go to this Dunkin' and hear this guy being rude to me or my friends again, I'm going to contact corporate and/or the owner of this specific one. For all I know he could be the owner, in which case I would be happy to contact corporate and inform them who this guy is.

They didn’t secure the lid on it and it spilled ALL OVER my mother in law’s leg in the parking lot. My fiancé ran back inside asking for some ice because she was in pain, and they told him they couldn’t give him ice. He explained what happened and said his mother just got burned due to the lid on the coffee they just gave and needed ice. He then asked if he could buy a cup of ice. I was treating for my band so 5 people ordered after me. It got confusing. I don't blame him for that part. I made an attempt to try and get it fixed. Cashier started getting defensive claiming he didn't make a mistake and was starting to get loud. We were stuck in a loop that continued to get louder. My friends actually had to step in.
