I don’t really care for the food here, but I do like the smoothie bowls and protein shakes. I placed an order through Uber and accidentally sent it to the wrong location. Fine, my fault. I called this location and the woman who answered very rudely told me she could not transfer the order to the Watertown location and that I would have to get a refund from Uber. Fine, no problem. go to the Watertown location and order separately in good faith that I would get a refund for my previous order. spoiler alert: that’s not what happened. I reached out to Uber and they let me know there was nothing they could do because the merchant had already marked my order as completed. Love Fresh Greens and Proteins! My friend introduced me to this place(she goes to the one in Watertown) and I've been hooked ever since. Everything is fresh and delicious. I'd like to eventually try everything on the menu, but the burrito bowl(with chicken) is my favorite and I order it every time! I also really enjoy the date night shake and pecan pie smoothie. Friendly staff(could use some work on the mask wearing) and great set up. Please, please open earlier-I would love to get a smoothie before work! 32 minutes after ordering online I received my pre paid order.

Upon entering the establishment no employee made eye contact with two online customers for over 15 minutes.

Finally after being treated like a human they begin to make the pre paid online order.

Then the gentleman with tattoos on his arms tells me to use the full bag of merchandise from my purchase next door instead of bagging my order when asked.

Two days ago my beet salad pre order had a long black hair in it.

You lost a customer that just moved locally.
