Massive disappointment! After a long day of hard labor I opted to stop and purchase a couple severely over priced cheese steaks, a #43 with mushrooms added on, and a plain cheesesteak with nothing but extra cheese on it, and of course they messed up both of them! The Chipotle cheese steak had no chipotle, which if I was eating it at home I could have lived with by simply adding my own condiments as I normally do, knowing I couldn't I ordered the chipotle, and my girlfriend's which I explained to the man at the counter twice how her cheese steak was to be made and still preceded to add the unwanted peppers and onions. Paying 40$ for two cheese steaks that were so disappointing they have gone uneaten, and even worse it was discovered to late to go back to get them fixed. I've eaten there numerous times and inconsistent is the best word to describe the place, probably due to who is behind the counter in that moment, but I've not gone enough to say that as a matter of fact. All I know for sure is that I have gone there and had an amazing experience well worth the high price, but for each time I've had that great experience I've had an equally awful experience to balance it out. Fortunately, this situation could be fixed if they stand by their product, I guess only time will tell, I'll be sure to update or correct this experience accordingly! In the meantime I have to decide whether to go to bed hungry, or stay up much later than I should to eat knowing it's going to lead to me being exhausted at work on heavy machinery, and carrying heavy things on slippery surfaces... Oh, obviously sucking it up and eating food that isn't tasting good is an option as well but not for my girlfriend due to an allergy so really the only option is to buy something she can eat, and find something there... basically if I get injured I won't directly blame jersey Mike's but now we will all know that had the employees just done their job problems could have been avoided, thank God she checked hers before biting it, because a single bite of an onion can kill her......
Read moreOn September 12th I made an online order to Jersey Mike's Subs. The pickup time for the order was 8:15 p.m. I arrived approximately 8:20 p.m. and was met with the asst manager named Dee who informed me that they just had a big bus load of kids who came in and ordered sandwiches and that my sandwich will take at least another 10 to 15 minutes. I told her that was a long wait time beyond my original pick up time. She then turned around very rudely and said well do you want a refund? I said no, that was rude. I want my sandwich I just drove across town to get it but I have every right to feel some type of way if it's not ready on time. Dee kept going back and forth with me while I kept asking her to just go ahead and make the sandwiches. She then told me she was not making my sandwich and that I can get out. I then asked for a manager, she said I am the manager and I said get out before I call the police. I said wow you're going to call the police on me because I want my sandwich on time? She then proceeded to call the police. I told her I was not leaving without either my food or a refund, after calling the police she gave a receipt for a refund but at this point I had to wait for the police because she had called them already. I am very upset with her customer service skills and I have never had this experience in any Jersey Mike's. I am a regular customer, I have been to several locations, and I have never experienced such bad customer service, I mean this lady was just rude, she yelled and screamed at me, telling me to get out and that she was the boss of that store. The others that were working with her were laughing at the situation instead of making sandwiches and I said to them if you stop standing around maybe people sandwiches would be done by now. Read morePlaced an order picked it up ordered steak sandwich with lettuce extra cheese and little raw onion. What I got was fried onions no lettuce. Called the store to let them know. They took my order again and told me to come and pick up. My son in law went to pick it up dropped it off to me. When I opened it to my surprise it had fried onions and peppers on it. I called them again spoke to Keith who informed me he spoke to his Team Leader and he informed him you got what you ordered and we cannot replace it and to go to another Jersey Mikes. But don’t come back here. I told him i would drop the sandwich off and he can give me credit back to my account. I Drop the sandwich off they took it in the back to look at it and the girl who runs the register informed me they don’t look like the peppers we use. Really are you kidding me!!!!! I guess they don’t need my business I will not be going back there again. I will let all those people that rate that establishment 5 stars go back.
