La Lucci Pizza Restaurant — Restaurant in Hamilton Township

My husband and I ordered cheesesteaks hoagies from here three times. The first time my husband's cheesesteak was a little salty but the next two were delicious. I also ordered their fried shrimp hoagie twice and both times they were good. We love the quality of rolls they use for their sandwiches. The owner said he gets them fresh everyday. It's nice and crusty on the outside and soft on the inside. I would say, they have the best cheesesteaks in the area. They also fix their sandwiches neatly. It's never sloppy. It shows, they take pride in what they do. Delivery is also quick. This is now our go to restaurant, since they make everything fresh. I have to try their pasta dishes next. Other pizzerias pasta taste store bought, or bland; never taste homemade. That's why I never order from them. But, this place looks like the real deal and seems like their pasta dishes will taste homemade/fresh just like from an authentic italian restaurant. Which is why I am anxious to try it. Update: I ordered a plain steak hoagie with the roll toasted, for lunch and received a cheesesteak sandwich. Called back and explained to the owner or manager that I received the wrong order. They immediately corrected the order and delivered another steak hoagie quickly. Good customer service. My only issue is the roll was softer than normal and it wasn't toasted, which caused me to have a soggy hoagie. The roll was soggy where you slice the roll at; top and bottom. Unfortunately, I had to throw the sandwich away. That's why my review went from 5 stars to 4. I won't stop ordering from them. Today just was just a bad day. Looking forward to...

Okay so as a regular customer of la lucci I'm give my honest and full review. There pizza is phenomenal!!! Great crust good sauce quality cheese! There buffalo chicken pizza is delicious! Strombolis are huge even the small is huge. Great price as well From opening until now. There strombolis are great as well. At first there hot subs where awesome they where well put together neat and a good portion of meat in the sandwich also cheap price but recently in the past month I've ordered 2 cheesesteaks with peppers and onions. The 1st cheese steak was sloppily put together bread was soggy and wet with grease this was a surprise for me Because there cheese steaks are usually put together with care. They also forgot the peppers an onions. My second cheesesteak this month was also sloppily put together with no care bread was soggy and wet with grease. So I stop ordering the cheese steaks! Today I ordered a sausage with peppers an onions again put together sloppily bread soggy sandwich was breaking it was hard to eat!! I don't know what happened I guess the cook there is losing his touch and is now being careless with the hot subs but I'm highly dissatisfied!!!! I will continue to get my pizza from here but I will not continue to get hot subs from there. I suggest toasting the bread and wrapping the sandwich more carefully idk.
