Wingstop — Restaurant in Hamilton Township

I very rarely leave reviews unless something is extraordinarily good or bad. Unfortunately my experience at this Wing Stop location was the latter.

From the moment we entered the restaurant, our experience was problematic. We waited around 10-15 minutes at the register to order. Meanwhile the 3 employees saw us and didn’t even make a move to help us. To be honest, it did not even look like they were working on anything else that kept them tied up, so not serving us just seemed intentionally lazy. After waiting, we ordered and went to the drink station to fill our cups. The syrups of most of the fountain drinks were empty and the teas were insanely over sweetened. The sweet tea made me sick to my stomach and the unsweetened tea was certainly NOT unsweetened. This is a serious concern to me as someone with diabetic family members. There is no way this was up to food safety standards.

We sat down in the restaurant waiting for our order. During this time, I observed concerning behavior from the workers. One kept repeatedly going to the restroom while arguing with some one on her phone. She would go back and forth from the bathroom TO THE FOOD PREPARATION STATION without washing hands or wearing gloves. So that’s germs from her cell phone and the restroom making direct contact with the food. The restaurant quickly became crowded with customers waiting for their food - which seemed to never arrive. From the time we entered the restaurant, it was over an hour until we were served our food. And this was after we approached the staff multiple times asking about our order. It seems they completely disregarded our ticket because then they started asking us what we even ordered and eventually brought our items out one at a time. Other customers waiting for takeout expressed order inaccuracy and ridiculous wait times.

Our boneless chicken wings and fries were good as usual, but something was wrong with the ranch. It was definitely not prepared correctly as it had no actual ranch flavor to it at all. I’ve been to wing stop multiple times and know what the ranch should taste like. This was like dipping fries in mayo or something.

Both bathrooms were out of toilet paper and had toilets covered in pee.

As I said, I do not frequently leave negative reviews. I am not a Karen. I have over a year of fast food experience myself so I am very understanding. But this was insane. Serious health code violations and horrible service. I do not know if this is an understaffing issue or inadequate training/support, but I hope this resturant gets the serious...

I would like to start off saying , the over all experience of this was horrible i order take out and when i got their the food wasn’t done even though the app said it was , it was fine though because i can wait, i got the food and went home , as i started eating the fríes were soggy and not only that the ranch was watery as if it was diluted with water, I’ve been to wingstop more than 50 times and that was not at all their ranch , it seemed as if it was sitting for hours , i called back and was politely greeted, i explaind my issue and she said i could come back for extra fríes and ranch to compensate , i return back and go to the front , one of the workers comes and i explain my situation about my ranch, then she gives me two new ones , then heads back to where she was , i stand their and she looks at me and i say their was something else, then she comes and i tell her about the fríes and she grabs me fríes after 10 minutes of waiting and gave me 2 additional ranches with that as well as a drink for the inconvenience . The employees were talking about the issue as if it was funny . I return home and as i open the ranches one is a quarter way full and the other half full, The bonless wings were good but , this is an absolute nightmere, the employees look like kids that don’t know what their doing , DO NOT COME HERE , go to the one on south olden it’s farther but worth it I’ve never had an issue but this new one is horrid,hopefully they get better with time but they have to hire better trained...

Had a very enjoyable experience at this location. We were greeted as soon as we came in by Tichonda and her co-worker (I didn’t get her name but she was pleasant and welcoming as well). The rest of the staff were welcoming/friendly also.

While we were waiting for our order that we placed online literally moments before we arrived, Tichonda engaged in conversation with us. We ordered Chicken Strips, 20 Wings, and Fries. Everything was FRESH and it was still hot when we arrived home which is 8 mins away!

The restaurant itself was very clean and organized!

We’ve been to this location 3 times so far and every time our food has always been FRESH which is a huge plus!! We will definitely be back in the future! Keep up the good...
