Any time I am in Robbinsville, choosing a place to get a great slice is difficult, due to all of the exceptional choices. Some of the absolute best pie in the state can be found in and around the area, although Nonna Sal's is often overlooked. Located in a small, weathered strip mall, the exterior is unimpressive, and the interior does little to hint at the deliciousness that awaits. The round pie has a crispy crust and adequate, but certainly not overly doughy base. The sauce is both zesty and sweet, which expertly complements the perfect amount of cheese and generous toppings - my go-to slice is the mushroom. The sicilian pie, which some people shy away from due to the style having more dough, will please everyone with it's pillowy inside, yet crispy edges. The airy texture makes these slices surprisingly light, and doesn't leave you full after one square slice. Combined with the perfect sauce, which contains more crushed tomatoes than the sauce used for the round pizza, it impresses each and every time it is ordered.

Terrible! The pizza gets worse and worse. We ordered for a party and was very disappointed. Pizza was dry, hardly any sauce or cheese and burnt! Spent a lot of money for awful food. Whoever is making the pizza is not good at it. Been ordering there for years, not anymore and will be sure to let people know it has gone down hill big time in the last couple of years. Kept going there thinking it will be better, but there’s no hope for this place anymore. And they don’t care about customers service bc they skimp on ingredients. The cheesesteak has hardly any meat or cheese on it, soft bread and you pay $15.THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF AND NOT WORTH IT!

I could throw up just looking at the picture. Idk how this place has a high rating. I’ve only went here a few times. Never went inside till today and omfg. How aren’t they shut down. A dumpster is cleaner!! No lie, I was standing there for a few minutes and in the time I watched the cook touch chicken, touch his ear, wipe sweat from his forehead, touch celery, grab butter with her bare hands, go into fridge, touch money and more and never once cleaned his hands. This place should be shut down. Never again will I EVER go here Edit, couldn’t eat the wings. Just thinking about how bad this place is and tore one open and it was last inside

I always order from Nonno Sals and recently it's been a lot. I went on Friday, 6/24 and when I presented my $3.00 off coupon, it was rejected because the kid said they don't take coupons on Friday nights. There is no where on the menu or in the establishment that says they don't except coupons on Fridays. I was very disappointed because I'm a loyal customer and felt they should honor it and I would be aware for the next time. I also said that they should honor it because that's the decent thing to do, but no luck. Very disappointed.

Also, they always have an excuse on why things happen and say their sorry, but they do not give you it for free or make up for it. All they know how to do is say I'm sorry. A good establishment would take ownership and give you something in return. NOT THIS PLACE!

I may have to start looking for another place to go. It's a shame because I really like the food, but I'm sure I can find another place. I'll just go back to Brothers over on Whitehorse Mercerville Road by...

I always get sick after eating here lately. Every single time. This has been my go to spot for a couple of years now but recently, over the past couple of months, the food has been making me so sick.

The buffalo chicken tenders I usually get started to mold on my counter after being left out for 20-30 minutes which isn't normal. Nothing should mold that quickly. This happened a couple of times and I always wrote it off as my fault, but I believe the chicken being served is spoiled.

The actual pizza itself has started to make me sick as well. I ordered a regular cheese pizza 2 nights ago and put away some leftover slices. Finished them last night and woke up sick this morning. I know it's their food since this happens EVERY SINGLE TIME now.

Look at the other comments about how dirty the restaurant is. I've only been in the actual store a couple of times but I did notice it was pretty dirty. I should've known then. My fault.

Please...
