I was standing there with a few friends for a good 10 minutes before ordering while the employees were joking around and chatting with each other. Then waited 20 minutes for our sandwiches to be made while the 3 employees were chatting with each other. We were the only ones there. We even witnessed a customer walk in and out after he waited 10 minutes because no one was at the register to take his order. A woman was waiting to pick up her order for a party and was also getting annoyed waiting at the register sighing every few minutes to get their attention. The employees were nice, but were not attentive at all. The tables were all dirty when we tried to sit down and wait for our order. We even called into the store to complain, but there was no manager to contact, only a lead staff. They had an excuse that they were waiting for the meat slicer and they were understaffed. Read morerecently had the pleasure of trying the Sharp Italian sandwich at Primo Hoagies in Hamilton, New Jersey, and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The sandwich was bursting with flavor, thanks to the perfect combination of sharp provolone, Genoa salami, and capicola, all layered with crisp lettuce, juicy tomatoes, and tangy onions, drizzled with just the right amount of oil and vinegar.
What truly stood out, however, was not just the delicious sandwich but also the exceptional service provided by the staff. They ensured that my order was made exactly how I wanted it, and the attention to detail was evident in every bite.
The atmosphere at Primo Hoagies was inviting, and the staff's friendliness added to the overall enjoyable dining experience. Whether you're a local or just passing through, I highly recommend stopping by Primo Hoagies in Hamilton for a taste of their Sharp Italian sandwich and the wonderful service that...
Read moreTheir new ownership change is clearly showing. They seem to have phased the multiple good kettle chip flavors and replaced with cheaper chips, and also drastically decreased the amount of meat they put on the sandwiches while increasing the prices. You taste more vegetables than meat on the sandwiches these days, which was never a thing in the past. As a comparison, I recently went to a different primo hoagies in the area, and they put plenty of meat on the sandwiches. I have been going to this Hamilton primo for years, but unfortunately with the way the new management has ruined the food, I might have to stop going. Stop scamming customers. Putting a small amount of meat on sandwiches is what Subway probably does, not...
