Terrible Service and a Hostile Atmosphere: My recent visit to this establishment was one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. It was clear that the employees were being overworked and stressed. We could hear the boss loudly reprimanding staff in the back, which made the entire dining room feel awkward and hostile.It’s truly upsetting to witness. There’s nothing else like this ice cream spot in the area! They make the ice cream right in front of you, and the flavors are super unique and absolutely delicious. One of the coolest parts is how they roll the ice cream into cylinder swirls! It’s so fun to watch and even better to eat. Found this gem last night! Rollito’s Ice Cream Rolls is so close we were able to walk over. Staff is very sweet and welcoming. Place is set up very cozy. They opened in June. We chose: Cookie Monster and Coconut Ice Cream

Only one suggestion: offer kid size cup option for little ones or those that do not want to eat that much ice cream.
