One of the few true "corner bars" located in Hamilton Square. Stopped for after dinner drinks with friends on a Friday night. Place was newly renovated and still kept some of its historical charm and distinction. Place was clean, has a nice outdoor patio, plenty of parking in the back, beers were poured with a nice head, had 3 bartenders, which made bar service great. Bar was probably at 50% capicity with an median age of late 30's. I'd stop again when in town

Parking is a nightmare here. My car was seriously damaged in the lot due to someone backing into it. Beware of parking here!! Certainly not worth the aggravation when there are far better places around with accessible parking. Fun for a beer or two but not at the cost of low class clientele damaging other people’s property and then leaving without reporting it because they were drunk. The food is mediocre at best and mostly reheated frozen items.

Classic corner neighborhood bar that's been in operation in some capacity since the late 1700s when it was technically right in the middle of town. They have undergone a major renovation that provides a lot more space inside and out back, and now have food, I suggest the Mustard Pie. Great venue for local live music as well. Good dart boards. Recommend 💯

Stopped in today because I was craving a chicken cheesesteak. We’ve got a lot of good spots in town, but I figured I’d give Nottingham Tavern a try.

First impression: the atmosphere is great. The bartender was awesome, really welcoming, and the vibe overall makes it a solid local bar hangout. There’s some new construction going on, but it wasn’t in the way. The only downside is the parking lot — with its one way in and one way out, it can be tough to leave during busy times, especially after 3:00.

Now for the food. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. I ordered a chicken cheesesteak but what I got was more like a chopped chicken sandwich — and there’s a big difference. In an area with so many spots that do cheesesteaks really well, it just didn’t hit the mark.

That said, I’d definitely come back for the vibe and maybe try something else on the menu. Next time, I’ll check out what other people are ordering...

Cozy bar with good drinks, but food is mediocre and service can be hit or miss.

This place is great for a casual drink with friends. The atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing, and the drinks are good. However, the food is just okay. It's nothing to write home about, and it's definitely not worth going for a birthday dinner.

Our waitress was also a bit of a disappointment. She had a bad attitude and seemed like she was done for the night. She was quick to close our table so she could get a tip, but she didn't provide us with the best service.

Overall, this place is okay for a few beers, but I would recommend going...

We just had a large family event here yesterday, arranged in the back. It's a little on the tight side, but if you have less than 30 people it's perfect. It separates into two sections, but there is enough room to move back and forth if you need to see the other group in the room. You get a lot of privacy and hear nothing from the bar down the hall. I won't divulge pricing, but it was reasonable and the food was good on all fronts, especially the sausage and spinach rabe and zeppola were really tasty. Service was always keeping tabs on what was needed and...
