Unbelievably bad customer relations! We ordered a small cone in a cup because of food allergies we cant eat the cone. Were charged for a plain sundae...um no! I didn't ask for a sundae, i asked for a small plain cone sans the cone! Was told that the plastic cost more than the cone hence the .50 increase in price. Really? A full blown sundae with chocolate sauce, strawberries, nuts and whipped cream is the same price as the plain naked sundae...seems there should be some consistency here; if a cone, minus the cone in a cup costs extra, then a naked sundae should cost less than a fully dressed one! But, whatever. I asked for the contact info of the owner/corporate before i received my order and the very gracious counter person assured me the GM would have that information after she finished taking the drive thru customer's order. Not! Finished my meal, no contact info provided. Went to the counter and waited, still no attention given by the GM. The rest of my party grew weary of waiting for a name, number or email address and left while i opted to wait and walk home. Seriously, it could have been told to me verbally or written on a bag at the window, the GM ought to know the contact info for her bosses without having to go to the office and look it up! Poor poor customer relations and even worse corporate representation at this location. No civic pride or small town Montana hospitality at this location, very disappointing end of summer county fair face for the town...
Read moreWe waited for over an hour for meal basket and one large blizzard. We checked in consistently on the order and were told to keep waiting. We watched person after person who ordered after us get their food. Eventually other customers had to intervene to help us inquire about our food.
Then who we assume to be the manager began screaming at us for trying to get her attention after the hour mark passed. We profusely apologized and just explained that it had been over an hour and at this point we just either wanted a refund or our food so we could leave and get on with our evening (we understand rushes happen) but then the girl who we assumed was the manager began picking a fight and yelling at us as we apologized, in front of almost 15 other customer and it was humiliating. We left with our food carelessly tossed in the bag and at us, soggy and inedible as well as a completely melted blizzard. We were so appalled, we’ve been coming here once a month from out of town and have always had nice experiences here, but this was HORRID. No one deserves to be treated like we were. We will not be back and we will be sharing our experience with others so they know...
Read moreFrowns & glaring! I've been coming to this Dairy Queen for years. I went in last week and Kristina M. was rude and unfriendly. She didn't have a name tag on, I had to get her name from another employee. I took my daughter in today for a small cup of ice cream. She filled it half as full as other employees. Ceder was working when I walked in and she had a frown on her face, as soon as I made eye contact with her she sighed and looked at the floor. The same happened with Evan. Evan was glaring at me with an emotionless expression on his face. I found several numbers online and they're all routing me to an Indian call center. I'm unable to reach anyone from the corporate office. On the receipt is a survey code to give a performance survey. There's nowhere on the survey to leave a phone number or email address so someone can get back to you. There's a Burger King next door, where I've always had friendly employees there. Also there's a McDonald's right up the street. I will take my daughter to one of these restaurants when she wants a hamburger or ice cream. I've had rude service at this Dairy Queen the last 3 times I've been in. I will not...
