Pretty consistently do not get the food you ordered. Thursday 5 meal order was missing one orders 2 chalupas. Was told on the phone I could come in, in the next couple days for refund as they could not do it over the phone. I live about 15 minutes away and had company over so figured this was reasonable. Went in 2 days later after company left, they would only make the 2 missing chalupas not refund the cost of the food I did not receive. So must come in because we cannot refund over the phone turned into we will only remake the order because it's been 2 days. Manager insist this is the case contrary to what I was told on the phone. I could see on a incorrect order but not giving the food at all should be refunded without question. Informed them if this is the only solution, it would cost them a local customer for the last 23 years, there response, "we don't want people like you in here anyway" . FYI, we eat there 1-3 times a month and have for years, feed 3+ people, and have not once complained about mistakes in our orders, which happens often. So you won't have me, my family, or anyone else I speak to as a customer. Your wish is granted. Please remember it's your customers that keep you in business. A small amount of care flips a situation from bad to good and retains customers. I have never been treated like this in my life and never expected it in the Bitterroot. Sad. FYI may want to sweep the kitchen floor it was a complete mess in there. First time I have seen it like that,...
Read moreWhen I pull up to the drive-thru window, a young woman with fake nails is pulling on gloves and says, " Ugh! I just got my nails done and they're forcing me to wear these gloves". She takes forever to count back my change because I paid with cash. Then hands me my bag of food and shuts the window. I look in the bag and it doesn't have any hot sauce or napkins. When I had ordered through the drive-thru I had asked for hot sauce.
So, I waited at the window until I could get her attention. When she looks over and sees me still sitting there in my car she gives me a double thumbs up and a really big open mouth smile expression. I have to wave my hand to just get her to open the window back up. She opens it and pokes her head out and says, "Sorry, they're really just trying to move you along. Not to be rude but it's taking a while." I told her I needed hot sauce and napkins and she grabs a handful of hot sauce and I take that from her and then when I turn back around the window is closed again.
At this point the interaction has been so weird that I just drive away. When I get to my destination and I look at my food, I noticed that the lettuce in my taco is mostly brown. It was so off-putting that I could not even eat it and I threw it away. I was reflecting on what I disgusting an odd experience that was that I thought maybe I should check my wallet because I never did count my change. Yep she shortchanged me! There are other fast food restaurants in town and I will not be eating at...
Read moreI was seriously disappointed when the Hamilton, MT restaurant would not sell me a "Quesarita" (sp?) ONLY because I could not order it through the app. They insisted that the only way to purchase one was through their app. I asked the order taker "So you could make me one if I order it through the app, but not if I order here at the microphone?" to which she replied "yes." This makes no sense AT ALL. On some level I think I felt discrimination. I am not over-fond of technology and I don't like ordering through apps. The one time I tried it, it took 25 minutes to place an order that should have been able to be placed in 2 minutes with a person. I guess I'm not valued enough as a customer to be allowed to purchase the Almighty Quesarita unless, of course, I do it using only the method specified by Taco Bell. Sorry, guys, but you're just not...
